Slippers purchase
I was very happy with the prompt service but the slippers that I ordered were the wrong colour - the actual colour was shown clearly on the box.
I was offered a returns label to send them back but I declined this since I needed the product at the time of original delivery.

Disappointment
I have been asked to write a review on a pair of sandals that were never actually delivered. I ordered and paid for a pair of Gabor sandals, my order was accepted. Only to be told the next day that my sandals were not in stock. Ok I accept that stock had run out, but why oh why ask me to write an opinion on a non existent order ?

Wrong size sent
Shoes sent in good time but the wrong size sent. Then they would not send out the right size until they had received back the wrong size which I felt was a bit tough. No apology either!
