Having ordered for the first time from Westwoods Footwear I would definitely use them again. I had purchased a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas and they turned out to be the wrong size. I telephoned Westwoods and spoke to a member of their staff who was extremely helpful and professional. I returned the shoes for exchange. There was a prepaid label to enable me to do this contained in the original packaging.

Westwoods offered £10 of the Rieker boots I wanted so they received my order. The boots arrived in 3-4 days and there was no delivery charge.

Very pleased with my Nordikas slippers - so comfortable! Wish I'd tried them sooner... They're not all fluffy and pink, they should last ages.
