I've used We Trace Pets for about 3 months now I have three premium subscription which was s god sent. The 24/7 vet consultations came in handy when my pet started limping and could not put his foot down on a walk. Manage to get to speak to a vet straight away who out my mind at peace. I couldn't find the link straight away so called and spoke to Hayley who sent it over for me thankyou

My dog went missing
I called up today because my dog went missing while on our morning walk, Hayley was really kind and marked this on the system.
Update: She is now home safe like nothing had happened!

I needed my pet chipped and had a query about price and the registered keeper. I called and spoke to a lovely colleague called hayley who explained the cost of the process and answered my query.

Far too expensive - Taking advantage
£23.99 is outrageously expensive to register a chip implanted by breeders vets. In my opinion profiteering on the back of legal requirements and new pet owners. It would be interesting to see how this cost can possibly be justified. If you have the option use a more ethical company.

The fee to register the microchip number is for the database services which includes a 24/7 reunification service for lost and found pets.

A bit on the expensive side
Average cost to register a dog a microchip with a vet is £10 - £15 We Trace Pets charge £23
Our puppy was already chipped by We trace pets before we picked her up so we had no choice but to use this company.
