Bought a Wetrooms walk in shower tray.
Parts arrived damaged. Company tried to blame it on building team yet damage was so extensive it would require a lot of effort to manually create that damage.
Sent photos but companies wanted to charge £115 for replacement part.
Not great customer service.

Ordered wet room tray plus sheets of tile backer board for wet room installation. My installer insisted on using a different type of tile backer board. I was initially reassured by Wet rooms online that we would be able to return the tile backer board and simply pay the carriage return cost. When I then called to return a few days later Wetrooms online told me that I was outside of a 2week return deadline and this was not possible. Very frustrating as I feel misled and we were only just outside of this timeframe & the materials were untouched in their original boxes. Makes the whole process unnecessarily stressful and complicated!

Returning an item is such a hassle. If buying here, make sure you don't return it or ask for replacement. Read their return policy, they will get you on technicalities. I will never buy from this company again.

Have placed a couple of orders now, and every time the service has been outstanding. Being in the trade, finding good suppliers is important, and so far we are very happy.

I visited the store as it was local. The advice Josh gave was excellent and he ensured we had all the necessary components to achieve the wet room layout we want to achieve.

I would definitely recommend Wet Rooms Online and use them again myself.

I contacted their "info@" mailbox to ask a question regarding a return on the 9th November. It is now the 21st November and I still haven't had any response.

This is the second order I have made from this company, once again excellent service and aftercare.
Unfortunately my tanking kit arrived damaged, sealer all over the inside of box, although no visable external damage.
All it took was a simple email to them (Josh) and the problem was resolved.
I had a replacement in my hands within 24 hours.
Thing will sometimes go wrong, what makes the difference is how the company resolves the issue.
