Incredible Service!
Absolutely astounded at the amazing service from Wetrooms Online. We placed our order at about 12h00, and received a phone call the same afternoon to thank us for the business, and to confirm the delivery date. To receive a phone cell (from an actual person!) in this day and age is amazing, and a really nice, reassuring touch. Highly recommended!!

Gear came quickly
Gear came quickly, good speedy service. However the tanking kit was rubbish, way worse than say a Mapei kit. Not worth the money, pretty annoyed with it actually.

I cannot yet revue the wet room former as it’s not been fitted yet but it was delivered on time and I was kept informed about the status of my order By phone and email and asked to contact them if I required any assistance.

Good quality, good value, great range of sizes
I am very pleased with the shower screens. They are good quality, they fit well, and were delivered within 48 hours of me ordering them. The staff member I spoke to at Wetrooms Online was very helpful. Before phoning I had tried to use the web chat facility and that did not work. I received no response to my question, which is why I phoned them and they were then very helpful.

You purchased two AKW Duraform trays, which are clearly listed as 'Clearance Specials'. As such they were priced at £125 each including the drain and carriage, which is well below their full RRP of £200+ per tray.
