Amazing Price AND Customer Service
I had previously placed an order with an alternative supplier but was let down by the sloped delivery date so went online and found wetrooms-online.com
I ordered a similar style produce which was £50 cheaper and included next day free delivery. Saving me a total of £130!
Regrettably only one of two parcels arrived the next day. I immediately called and spoke with Josh in the customer services team and he has worked tirelessly with the courier to ensure my delivery was completed/sorted.
He kept me updated with phone calls as well as emails and even expressed shipping a replacement item if we could not get the couriers to re-deliver the missed item.
I want to thank Josh for his excellent customer service, whilst these things can happen it’s a mark of a company as to how the staff respond. Josh was exceptional.
I don’t plan any more wet rooms myself but will highly recommend to anyone else.

Supplied a one-piece waste trap for…
Supplied a one-piece waste trap for infinity shower tray that seemed almost impossible to fit and test for a watertight fit AKW TF75.
Could not supply any information of any kind on how to fit the trap. Refund offerd but would have to pay return post and conditional on what they deemed to to be in good order. Despite it still being in package. Would not use again
Rubberduck bathrooms have a much better customer service.

Thank you for leaving a review. In the interest of fairness, I would like to add further context to your comments.
You approached us with photographs of an old broken drain outlet, which you needed to replace.
Based on these photographs we identified it as an AKW TF75 drain. We did not see photos of the tray, nor did we supply the tray. From the photos supplied it looks as if the installation had been fitted some years ago.
When you approached our customer service staff regarding difficulties fitting the drain, they spent some time on the phone with you (in excess of 30 minutes), suggesting solutions and answering your questions. We even contacted the manufacturer for further advice, although admittedly this was limited. I understand you also contacted the manufacturer, and they could not provide further details to you either.
To our best of knowledge, based on the photos and information given by you, we supplied a like for like drain, and therefore there was no reason why this would not fit. Our customer service staff advised that there was a strong likelihood that the drain, and thus tray may have been originally fitted when there was better access to the underside of the installation to fit the drain.
As you felt that you could not proceed with the installation of the drain outlet, we suggested that you could return the drain for a full refund. As per all returns of this nature, the item must be in a re-saleable condition. I’m sorry that you find this an unacceptable condition of return or refund, however this is a common term for the return of any item, that is no longer wanted / needed or purchased in error, across the ecommerce sector.
