Wheelie Bike Shop Avis 

Took my Mondraker ebike in with an intermittent fault and the guys found it and fixed it within a few days. Really great service and kept me up to date all the way with photos etc. Reasonable rates as well. Will def use again!!

I’ll definitely be using Wheelie Bike Shop in the future. I took my bike in on Saturday and they had it all ready for me by Wednesday afternoon. They even stayed open slightly longer so I could come and collect it. The process was very smooth, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Have been using Wheelie’s now for the last 2-3 years. Cannot recommend them highly enough.i regularly use them for suspension servicing and wheel building (which I’m not comfortable doing myself) and other bits and pieces in between. Michael and his team always do a great job. Always provides really good knowledge and advice on anything to do with biking. If I’m ever unsure or need help with anything I just ask Michael or one of his team. Never been disappointed and I can’t see me ever using a different bike shop.

First time using these guys, I was in the business park visiting another company and whilst having breakfast at the on site cafe saw this shop. Popped in and had a nose around having just got back in to biking after years of not. Now with an MTB and Gravel/Road Bike. Having almost lost a front wheel whilst going down an insane hill, the quick release bolt was unwinding with the wheel!! Thought it was a good idea to have them take a look and seeing as only up the road from me. Took the bike in, having explained my near major injury event, Michael took a look right away at each wheel and knew right away it was wheel bearings. Gave me an idea of price and booked it in for a couple weeks later, as they are busy which was a good sign. Took her in this morning for 10am, by 11:48 was completed!! Amazing updates and tracking through their system linked to my phones email and msgs from initially booking it in to the upcoming day of works to be done then once bike was dropped off and work completed. I especially loved the breakdown of works carried out, the photos and clear costs which in fact were way under what Michael had initially anticipated also the time for the work to be done as he advised all day, I stayed on site and had breakfast in the same cafe. He even said if he had known I was going to wait he would of put mine at the front of the queue. I was in no rush and under an hour 45 anyway was exceptional!! The Gravel Road Bike was fast before it needed new bearings and now it is ridiculously fast. Super smooth and quiet. Highly recommended and I will certainly be taking both my bikes here moving forwards and have already told friends and family. They even gave it a once over inspection for anything else as garages would do with a car and happily, everything else spot on. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Al

I 'stole' my brother's bike from his garage. The bike hadn't been used in years and was in a sorry state. It's his birthday this weekend and I wanted to surprise him by getting it road ready. I called Wheelies and they took it in at short notice and got to work on it. I picked the bike up tonight and it's like new. New parts where needed and the rest was cleaned up and serviced. All done at a very competitive price, no overcharging for parts. I was updated regularly via txt message. Really happy with the work done. I'll be back with my old condor next time it needs some work. thanks guys.

Michael was very courteous and efficient, I dropped in on the off chance as I had a problem with my gears, he resolved very quickly even though he was busy. Really grateful to fine somewhere with great service. Will definitely recommend.

Micheal was the 3rd person I took my bike to to find out what was making the horrid noise.

He was quick to find the right diagnosis.

During the job there was an unforeseeable issue no one could have helped.

Michael went out of his way to get this resolved and at his own expense.

He went above and beyond to make sure my bike got back to me fixed and ready to go and I’m delighted with the outcome.

I would highly recommend and will certainly use again in the future.

Bike is riding like a dream since they worked their magic.

Very professional, very polite, and also they explain everything in language which we can all understand and not just the cycling elite. Michael will often fix your bike there and then if he can.
