The product is really good very pleased however the delivery service was shocking no communication whatsoever even though I was told there would be someone contacting me to arrange delivery I came home to find it dumped on my driveway

Great price and comms from James who updated me all the way throughout the process. Explained the delivery process and next steps. Instructions to build were basic so needed to understand what to do however overall excellent value for money and sturdy design. Can’t fault it!

I really like this and am happy with my purchase but a couple of minor adjustments could make a real difference.
Numbering the bigger pieces of wood and incorporating that into the instructions would be helpful and maybe adding a base ( to stop twisting or warping ) that would lock all the components together and would help if you do not have a completely flat surface .
Very good quality and not cheap flimsy wood .

Great product, easy to assemble and James was very helpful, he realised we wanted a smaller bin store than was offered on the website. we remeasured and they sent us the perfect storage bin.

Ordered my wheelie bin storage on line . Contacted the company and they arranged for delivery at my convenience . Once it arrived there was a problem with one of the panels that had been damaged in transport. Contacted the company again and James immediately sorted out a new panel to be delivered .excellent customer service and great quality product . Thankyou

Great service all round. There are some issues with the instructions which I have outlined to the team and the triple bin store could do with some sort of brace at the top to stop it flexing left to right but overall a very nice product.

Some favorable first impressions after assembly, but it's not possible yet to comment on long term durability.

A great storage shed for your recycle bins but the instruction manual is dreadful on how to put it together , basically confusing pictures and no instruction

Not as good as I thought. Took so long to come and nor as sturdy as I would like. Also the two latches cant fit side by side so it looks odd. Wish i had looked around more.
