Wheelie Bin Storage Direct Avis 

I purchased the large wheelie bin storage 2 door unit. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive after payment (I had to chase them because you don't get any update) upon arrival it was very cheaply made the workmanship was awful some panels where cut shorter then the other it felt very flimsy not made to a solid standard I had to request one side panel to be reordered because not even my carpenter could repair it. After waiting 10 days they had sent out the wrong side panel (seems following a straightforward instruction was too difficult) then had to wait another week for the correct panel no fast delivery no complimentary discount a 'sorry, that was our mistake' was all that was given. I would never recommend this company to anyone. 2 months and thankfully a very skillful carpenter/handyman I hired the bin is complete. - please take warning.

Very good quality, but one bold going rusty allready.

It looks very nice. We weren't here when it was being put up but we have seen it and we are entirely happy. Wish you had let the deliverer know about our absence and that the installation would be done by someone else though!

Very reassuring purchase experience, with a double check on size.
At first I thought these were expensive… then I saw the price of an equivalent, very well known national organisation… almost ten times the cost. Seriously!

Very easy to put together, great quality, easy access, and looks approximately 15 million times better than a bunch of buns on the patio.

Like the wooden construction Unfortunately there were one or two defects with the timber components. Was able to effect my own repair without returning damaged parts

Not very well built, mainly uses staples so very flimsy. Doors are a poor fit and edges rough and not even. Planks on lids all lifting up due to cheap use of staples

Good quality product. Goes together well but instructions could do with more detail on orientation of parts and differences between very similar parts. Fits well, looks good. Definitely a 2 person assembly job.

Delivered when it said. All parts well constructed. Made a great looking, sturdy bin store. Took several hours with 2 people to put together, but not used to doing things like this. Chain to lift lid good. Only negative is that the lids ate very heavy.

Good product and easy to assemble. Hides our ugly wheelie bins now that regulation changes mean we have to have 4. Very helpful organising delivery to my neighbours house as was away at the time. Only slight negative is that delivery timescale was longer than advertised on website. Otherwise, all good and recommended.

Order was simple online. Delivery company contacted us to arrange a suitable delivery date/time.
Bin storage shed was easy to assemble and good quality.

Delivered on time and the driver was very helpful. The item was ok but not great. Some hardware was missing and took four days to come. A few of the door boards didn't fit together too well. The T hinges were too small for the width of the doors (bought some bigger ones.) Instructions were poor and the printing far too small. There were no lid props supplied (surprised by that) so made some myself. No S links for the chains (again surprised by that) so got some.

Great quality product, delivered when they said it would be. Very responsive in relation to order follow up queries.
