Wheelie Bin Storage Direct Avis 

Prompt delivery, easy to unpack. Still not assembled as I need a person to help me, but the quality appears to be fantastic - it's certainly very heavy and solid! James was very helpful in his follow up - he was concerned that I had ordered the storage for one smaller and one larger wheelie bin (it was deliberate). All in all, super experience.

easy to order/ great product little more expensive than some but so solid it will out last cheaper versions/ delivery on time. Did take 2 to put together but we expected that to be the case

I paid someone to put it together, he said it was quite easy.

Delivery service didn't start off well - was given a date in advance but had to contact them by midday as had not received the advised 2-hour timeslot. Driver just dumped the bin on a palette on the pavement outside our house. My husband is disabled and by the time he got to the front door to ask if he could deliver it round the back of the house (where we have street access to our garden), the driver was already back in his cab, grabbed his signature and drove off!! I returned home from work and had to unpack on the street and carry each part around to the back of the house as all parts very heavy. Then had to dispose of the palette. Product was wrapped in plastic and must have got wet before delivery so I had to clean off the mould before assembling. Instructions not the greatest. Not enough corner brackets so had to buy some more to ensure it was sturdy enough. In summary - a nice-looking product when assembled but for the price I feel very let down by the delivery 'service', the assembley instructions and fixings supplied.

Instructions need to be clearer. Some parts don't fit together as neatly as they should.

Delvered promptly, straightforward to construct and has proved very robust.

The bin is really well made and looks great and it is our second one from this company. But it is really difficult to install on anything other than a flat surface. We have a gravel drive and it took a professional carpenter to put it together so it didn’t lean with a gap at the top. Perhaps too precisely made? Allow for amateurs to put it together.

I am very happy with my wheelie bin storage direct experience and end product. From going on line to look for it on their web site to the the delivery. Excellent communication, the direct chat option on WhatsApp meant I can ask any time and ensure full support. The storage cabinets are excellent. Sturdy look mikes better and in fact my son will be ordering one for his own own house soon. Thank you

I had the 4 bin store. Good communication and delivery turned up when scheduled. The quality of the product is excellent and assembly extremely straightforward with good instructions. I would recommend pilot drilling holes for screws to prevent splitting which I always do.
Happy to recommend this product and company.

Overall a good bit of kit. Only problem I found was that one of the door openings was too wide for the door supplied. Not the end of the world as the problem can be overcome by attaching a thin strip of timber to the edge of the door in question. Other than that the bin store was well constructed and will hopefully give good service for a good few years.

Never thought I'd be writing a review for a wheelie bin cover...but here I am because these things are impossible to find if you want one that is well made and doesn't fall apart after a single winter. Super well made and construction was easy with a helper. I've woodstained mine to protect it, I'd recommend the same to anyone else.

I was really impressed with the contact I received from the office after placing my order ensuring I had the right measurements. The order was delivered on time and of high quality. Although I got a handyman to put it together I received no complaints from him that it was difficult to install.

Had an issue with the wrong item being delivered but they sent the correct one straight away. Seem to do the job or housing all 4 of my ugly bins. Quite a bit of assembly required.
