Very courteous and professional. I had driven from Peterhead to Perth to lodge my bottle of Whisky into the next auction, but a problem arose, in that due to unforeseen circumstances, they couldn't manage to meet me for my appointment. This was rectified quickly when they suggested that one of their staff members would meet me at my hotel & collect my bottle from. Job done, thank goodness,& it wasn't a wasted journey. Brilliant guys to deal with.

Shipping to USA did take awhile, longer than if buying from an UK shop directly. However, the packaging/wrapping protection of the bottles were very minimal and I was pleasantly surprised nothing broke.

Great customer service

They are normally very good but on this occasion the pictures were misleading compared to the product which was received. They omitted the damage and tears to the packaging. Following up from my recent experience, they were quick to investigate the issue, acknowledge it with an apology and resolve it.

Too much required on fees.
The total cost of 3 bottles were 270 GBP, but the extra payments required for delivery and service fees exceeded 180 GBP.

Grabbing and mean spirited.21 days to shift your bottle or storage charge taken from your bank without notice.Shamefull.Other websites like whisky hammer are getting my bids now and are beating you hands down.Bad luck for the future.

Good service, but high comission

The storage fee is way too higher or even highest in all my other companies wine and whisky storage. The management and the system of the stock is chaos. From beginning when they change the new system then some of my important whisky were missing in my stock list and luckily I found it and informed them to correct it but when I order to ship those whisky then after more than 3 weeks later they inform me two bottles are missing. So I feel this is not a reliable company that charges too high storage fee with chaos management. But finally they said they are willing to refund those whisky costs, shipping cost, insurance and storage fee I did paid, and hope they really will pay.
