Worst company ever
Worst company ever. My partner has emailed them 3 times to cancel his subscription and Everytime they say it's been cancelled yet charge him again the next month and send another product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A SUBSCRIPTION they will charge you even without one. We emailed them today and shock still no reply

Bad customer service
Not sure about the product. But the customer service is a scam. They said they’ve been sending me in charging me for like four months then they realize they were sending to the wrong address but they still haven’t corrected and send one to my proper address. They had sent two or three to my proper address initially then all of a sudden I was still getting charged and not receiving items. That’s when they realize they were sending it to the wrong address. Still haven’t got a refund or those products I paid for.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with this company’s auto-ship practices and customer service. I received an order confirmation at 10:19 p.m. for an order I didn’t realize was set up for automatic shipment and requested cancellation just 22 minutes later. Despite multiple follow-up emails, my cancellation requests were ignored. Customer service initially responded to my other emails within minutes, but now they won’t respond to me at all.
The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to fight to cancel unwanted orders, especially when they reach out immediately. I’ve received no resolution and have completely lost trust in this company. I’ll be canceling my auto-ship subscription and would caution others to think twice before signing up.

I mistakenly ordered recurring auto purchase (it was quite easy to do if you don’t follow the order page carefully).
I got in touch and Ivan from customer services cancelled the recurring order without any hassle.
Now waiting for my first tub, let’s see how it works.

SCAM company and WORST customer service ever
Bought 2 jars of this product thinking there wasn't too much of a risk considering their 60 day money back guarantee on their website. Turns out when I received the product and read the ingredients list, I am allergic to one of the ingredients. I emailed Whispore directly on the only contact they have on their website to return the unopened jars and receive a refund. It's been 5 days and they still have not replied back to me about completing my return & refund. DO NOT BUY anything from this company, they are a complete SCAM. I don't understand how they're getting away with stealing people's money like this. They will get what's coming for them.

Do not waste your money on this product! I decided to give it a try to see if it actually worked, and unfortunately, it did not. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were not helpful at all.
To make matters worse, I was informed that if I wanted to cancel my membership, I would be charged a fee. That is absolutely ridiculous!
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. If you still want to try the product, I recommend purchasing it through Amazon rather than directly from their website. Ordering through their site can enroll you in a membership that you will have to pay to cancel.
Terrible customer service, disappointing product, and an overall frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Stole money!
Cancelled my subscription. They replied wanting feedback, then a month later took money for another order. Contacted them as I wanted a refund and they asked for a cancellation fee. When I refused to pay this, they then said they couldn't cancel the order or refund me! Terrible to deal with. Thieves!

This product is a complete waste of money, rubbish; I received the advertisement via Facebook and ordered two cans; I followed the instructions and did nothing for me; it's like eating jelly with mint flavor, it doesn't kill any bad bacteria, your tongue keeps covered in a white coat and bad breath persists. Refrain from ordering this product. To make it worst, I can't find them in Facebook; it looks like FB hides the product to those who have already bought the product so you can't comment. Another way to steal money .... disappointed

This company has false advertising. I ordered two jars and the product did not work so I asked for a refund. All of a sudden I was in a subscription I had no idea about. I am currently waiting on my refund. Be careful out there, I’m sorry I even tried this.
