I read your review several times especially the part about having to call your own credit card company just to stop charges from a company that wouldn't respond or pick up the phone. That is not the kind of experience anyone should have to go through, and we are truly, deeply sorry.

I understand why you feel the way you do, and we don't blame you. When emails go unanswered and there's no one to call, it erodes every bit of trust and that's on us.

I can also confirm right now that the subscription has been canceled, and no further charges will go through.

I know the word "scam" gets thrown around a lot for good reason in this space, but I want to be honest with you Whispore is a real company, a product we genuinely believe in, formulated thoughtfully to support wellness. What went wrong here is our service and our communication, not our intention. We are working hard to fix that, and your feedback is a big part of why.
