I had occasion to experience Whittaker’s customer services recently, and was amazed with the way in which my query was handled. From my initial phone conversation, to the email correspondence, to the final correspondence from the director in the form of a personally signed mailed message (on Whittaker’s gorgeous letterhead). I believe this sort of service is virtually unheard of these days.

Apart from superior customer services, we absolutely love Whittaker’s products. We appreciate that Whittaker’s are careful about human rights, are fully NZ-owned, have a focus on using natural ingredients, don’t go too heavy on the sugar (unlike much of their competition—in my opinion) and furthermore, they don’t push social agendas. They just provide a wide (and ever expanding) range of consistently high-quality products, at a reasonable price.

So, a big thanks to the team at Whittaker’s!

The hazelnut tastes like dry dirt and is stale tasting. Really disappointed paid a lot for a crap bar of chocolate!

We have noticed a definite weaker tasting chocolate on the fruit and nut bar.
The chocolate tastes like cadbury's instead if the old whittakers flavour.
Have they weakened the chocolate?

Quality has kept up and for that I'm forever grateful. If prices go up then that will just be how it is. Great for presents
