WiBargain LLC Avis 738

I placed an order with this company June 2021. We are still waiting for them to deliver our last box. I have emailed customer service many times and their response is always "We are experiencing high demands for our boxes", "we will get your box to you as soon as we can", "would you like a store credit to use on a future order?". My frustration is real with this company. DO NOT ORDER A BOX! YOU WILL RECEIVE JUNK, OR YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR BOX AT ALL. BUYER BE WARE!!

Order # 137779. I ordered a box from them on August 11, 2021. After waiting for 3 weeks I contacted them for a refund. Went back and forth with them for months and got no where. Jessica from WB told me that I would have to wait “5-7 business days” for a refund but after 2 more weeks I still saw nothing. I contacted BBB and they weren’t even able to help. Still am in the process of trying to get my money back. Since then they have taken down their google page, don’t respond to any emails and have also disconnected their phone numbers.

If I could give them a zero I would. Total scam. I order item last year 9/21 and we never received the items. F

It took several months to get a box of cover girl samples. This company is a scam

Do not buy from this company. It is a waste of your money. Everything you get is useless., broken, nothing but trash.

It started off good I received 2 boxes. Then order more but never received my boxes. I emailed customer service and got the run around and then called. The automated system would tell me what # I was and when it got to my number it disconnected. Now it won't let me log into my account on Wibargain site and the have change name 3 time now its MGF Supply. The customer service is horrible. I can no longer track my packages!!!

Ordered back in late September/early October. I got my package worth $35 but not the one worth $140. I would just let it go, but can’t justify letting go $140 dollars.

The response has been like all of the reviews here. My correspondence with this company has been through email with responses like “we’ll ship ASAP”. Tried canceling in November was asked to fill out a form for a refund. Nothing back.

I filed a complaint and wrote a review on the BBB website today. Then disputed the charge with my bank. Don’t order from these people.

I want to give you all a 0, but I'm forced to give a 1. WiBargain is full of trash. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone unless you want your money taken, no response, unbelievably terrible support, and no refund, then this is the place for you.
Get a mystery box from China or something instead. WiBargain is scammy trash. Don't waste your time!

This company is a scam that had only been is business 2 years. They are taking all our money and not sending out boxes!! I paid $120 and have been waiting for 7 months. I am asking anyone who has been scammed by wibargain to contact me so maybe we can get a refund. Let all band together!!

Never received my box I ordered 4 months ago. I contacted them several times and was told my box was being sent next week. The phone number no longer works.

Is it possible to give negative stars? It is a scam. I ordered my two boxes for $133 (after a discount code) the day after Christmas and it’s February 6 and nothing has arrived. They don’t answer emails and their phone has been disconnected. Do not order.

Same people running this fake company as CAK Supply aka MGF Supply. You follow the link in your order confirmation email from Wibargain and it use to take you to CAK Supply now it takes you MGF Supply but yet they try pretend they are not affiliated. Buyer beware. I do not believe the 5 star reviews are legit for CAK Supply, and still to early for MGF Supply to have reviews they just switched to that name, guess they had to much heat right off the bat as CAK. Well now we need to make sure they don't scam anyone as MGF Supply. If you notice every 5 star reviewer for CAK Supply was invited to leave a review. That should tell you something. This is an added update to my review, I got a message from Trustpilot that Wibargain wanted to dispute my review. My response to that was oh so they are available to dispute a negative review but refuse to do any correspondence with customers about their orders they never received. That shut them up. Guess those scammers at Wibargain aka CAK Supply aka MGF Supply aren't so smart. Just like they couldn't figure out the link in people's Wibargain order confirmation emails took them to CAK Supply and now to MGF Supply which proves they are the same company.

Wibargain now has a new company. I have all the proof. The new company is called Box O’ Bargain. They are also on Facebook. I bought 8 boxes and never received the boxes or my money back. I contacted the Box O’ Bargain guy, Preston Douglas and confronted him. Of course he denied being part of Wibargain except when copy and pasting info to the new FB page, they didn’t take out Wibargain out. Look at the pinned post for the giveaway and read inside the quotes. It may still be there but I have screen shots. That’s not all the proof I have but this company needs to be brought down as well.

Yet again another negative review after taking someone's money and not replying to emails numerous times!! CAK is claiming they are not connected to WiBargain but like someone mentioned it goes right to their site to order... NEVER AGAIN

Same as all the others. Ordered Dec 7th 2021, 2 boxes. Still haven't received them. Their phone number won't work and at least 20 emails. First few emails of course were it's running late, now they won't respond at all.

Purchased a box in November 2021 and here is is January 2022 and still have not received the product. This company is a scam that just takes your money and delivers nothing. I tried to call the 888 number listed on the website and it says the number is unavailable. Very disappointed. Was sent tracking number but FEDEX never received the box.They keep emailing me about new deals. I never received the first one I paid for.

It sucks that I have to leave even 1 star. Been waiting on 6 boxes since November. CAK supply is now somehow connected...DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!! Filed a complaint with BBB but nothing will come of that. Who do we contact to possibly get our money back? So disgusted 😪

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! Ordered in August of 2021 and never received my boxes or refund! Was told my refund was processing. NOT THE CASE!! This B.S. Company deserves -0 stars!! The website has gone GENERIC! All past accounts have been deleted as there is no longer a login on WiBargain's website! Phone numbers have been disconnected! NOW, there is another website that is linked to WiBargain's website. Now, if you click on a box to purchase, it takes you to CAK supply and more boxes pop up to purchase. ON THAT PAGE you will find a new login area! FTC!! BEWARE OF THE CRIMINALS IN DISGUISE!!!

I ordered in November. I never received anything. I have made multiple attempts to contact company via email and phone. I'm completing a fraud claim with my bank for the $330.
It's a joke!

I have emailed this company and gotten 100 bulk sale responses and 3 automatic replies. And they should answer their phone if they are I interested in my bad experience, not just the bad review.

My story is the same as all other 1 star.
I ordered pkgs in October, Still nothing.
I have called many many times. At first they had a receptionist answering, Now nothing.
