Waited 2 months (in June) for a box that never came, requested a refund in august, it’s now December and I have not received a refund. I’ve emailed weekly and get the same reply “your refund is in queue”

Ordered a package from WiBargin in August, it is now December, still no package, after 3 months i contacted them, not them me , and was told there was high demand so they were waiting, now after 5 months no word from them, they supplied at the time of my purchase a fake shipping ID number, that does not exist in the shippers system.

By far the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered twice, first was a Target box, which was all garbage, but my choice. Ordered undeliverable mail too, NEVER RECEIVED. Tried one more time, a Lowe’s box, NEVER RECEIVED. This was about May & July of 2021. Emailed a dozen times with the same BS answer of them looking into it. Sent proof never received, I am fine with not getting a refund. Just send me what I bought. Nobody at their “company” seems to be in charge. Just gives you the run around.

Total scam! Buyer beware this company is a bunch of thieves!

I ordered a box and was given a FedEx shipping number within a few days but after a month the package never moved. My spouse works fir Fedex and looked into it and Fedex never received a package. Wibargain created a fedex shipping label which produces a bogus tracking number. I contacted the company several times and was assured my package would be shipped soon even though my emails said it was shipped. I finally got a refund after tracking down their phone number which isn't listed on their website. We decided to test the theory and this time my husband ordered a box Oct 10th and same thing. He received a email with tracking info and today is Dec 15th and nothing. Called again and was told a refund would be issued. What a scam!!! Shut this company down!!!

Ordered the July box. It’s almost Christmas. They won’t refund me. Won’t pick up the phone. Total scam. Where’s the class action against them?!

I have never in my life dealt with a company like this. I will admit that I did not do my due diligence and research the company prior to purchase. WHAT A SCAM. I have been trying to cancel my order through the order cancellation form they sent and guess what...
...there is an error EVERY TIME (I have tried to submit the form 20 times in the last 12
hours. I have the screenshots). I ended up
disputing the charge with my credit card company.
The social media platforms and influencers that support this company should be ashamed of themselves.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I never got my boxes and had asked for a refund back in October, for two month now they tell me I should have it soon but I still have not seen it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
you can not leave a review on their site 🙄🙄🙄🙄so I’m here telling you just don’t buy from them there are many other companies like this you can buy from.
When you call, the only Number they provide you, Jessica, 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ tell you there is no managers and they all out to lunch to talk to and that she have them call you back. You would think after two months someone would look into this and find out what is going on but all I get it the run aroun🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you’re will to take the risk go for it!!!

Ordered a box in October and still have not received. First time I reached out, I was told it would be expedited. Second time I reached out I was told they were backed up. Did request a refund now but doubt I will ever see it. This despite the website still advertising receipt of boxes within a week (for instance if I order the same box I had previously with in the next 6 hours, I get it by Dec 17. Pretty sure thats a lie. I pretty much gave up, it wasn't a lot of money (and I used a discount code, so I am sure they care even less about my order). Previous boxes I got were not really that great anyway (less items than stated, Target box contained Walmart items, etc).

Ordered in July 2021, It is December and I have not received my order. I have exchanged numerous email with customer support and they always state either 2 more weeks or by Friday it will be shipped. I called and voiced my frustration and was hung up on.

Placed two orders. The first was on Oct. 21st for $380. They take the money out of my account asap, but it's 12/8 and I still haven't received the boxes. Placed another (much smaller) order on Nov. 29th to see if there is any difference in shipping and looks like there probably isn't. Each time I email them for an update, they tell me the same thing - they are working hard to get the boxes out, etc. They never give me an actual shipping date. Today emailed them to see how to cancel and get my money back.

Scam artists! I ordered something in July. Supposedly they shipped in August. Have not received my box. I have tried several times emailing them asking where is my box or get a refund. I filled out the form for a refund. That was a month ago. These people are crooks. I hope they get caught by the feds!

Ordered 2 boxes $190 on 11/7/21, it is now 12/7/21, nothing has shipped and u keep getting the same bs email. I'm going to my bank today to try and dispute charges.

6 months ago I bought online one of their packages in which I never got! I write to you by mail, to find out about my package; it just tells me it's already shipped. I waited almost 3 months and nothing came. I wrote to him again to get my money back and they never returned it to me, they only sent me an email that they already returned it to me. I checked my bank account and called the bank and they never returned my money. "BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING COMPANY" in their propaganda offers cheap and good and they are thieves. careful I was a victim

Ugh! Paid 65$ for 4 pairs of old navy shoes, 3x 34 DD bras, a baby toy and 2 ugly hooks... Terribly disappointed. Also took 7 weeks to deliver!? Not worth the money.

Stay away it’s a scam even if you get a delivery it will be junk. Always has problems with distributor.

Purchased a box 7/29/21 and as of 11/30/21 still have not received anything and given a erroneous tracking number that does not exist. Save your money

This place is a joke. Payed for packages in Aug and yet to receive packages or refund. I have tried to call and no answer. Over email they have told me that the refund process is in the billing departments hand and wont give me contact info to billing. The are very short with the answers and always say wait two weeks. This is the biggest scam and i wish there was a law suit against them because they are nothing but thieves. Do not even take the risk buying something from them. All the good reviews seem to be paid for. I did this for my wifes birthday and ordered a month ahead and here we are almost Christmas. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I ordered in August and still no box. I have called numerous times hearing every excuse and even got a 25 dollar credit, like I would use it after they stole my money This company is a huge scam and they need to be investigated and shut down for fraud and theft. I would give them negative stars if possible.

Never recieved a box after paying in August and have been told many times I will be getting refunded on Monday. Nothing yet. Too bad there is no such thing as negative stars
