I purchased 2 of the unclaimed mail mystery boxes.
First let me start off by saying it took 6 weeks and several phone calls and emails to get 1 of the 2 boxes. Still waiting on box number 2.
1.The box is much, much smaller than I anticipated.
2. The items were not in any postal or shipping carrier packaging. Items were in plain unmarked white shipping envelopes.
3.All items are clearly from salvage pallets from big box stores.
4. ALL items were damaged or worn.
5. THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE !

Horrible customer service, even worse items. I would never ever do business with them again.

I purchased a box and after 2 months I still don't have it. I've emailed/called multiple times and was told it's going to be processed soon. Finally canceled the order and still don't have a refund. I called today and she told me it will refunded by the end of the day. If I don't see the refund in the morning I will dispute the charge. BBB gives them a 1.2 rating, should have looked at the reviews before I purchased. Stay away!

This company is stealing people's hard earned money. 5 months since I ordered requested a refund 2 months ago. NO BOX NO MONEY.

Scam company ordered July 11 still nothing no reply’s to my emails

I ordered an unclaimed mail package on July 12, 2021. I have yet to receive it. Not to mention the amount of ATTEMPTED contact with customer service. I have tried at least 10 times to contact them and either get an automated email reply or call and wait for 15 to 20 minutes just to get a voicemail. This company seems to be a scam. I recommend NOT using them.

Awful business! Never refunded me and never send me some orders! I lost money!

I ordered the unclaimed package box on Aug 1st and decided to cancel on Sept 20th because my package was still never shipped . I emailed multiple times with rarely any responses. I was always told it is ready and would be shipped in the next couple days. I still never got my refund after 3 weeks!! So disappointed because this is right up my ally, i love mystery boxes! ugh!

So, the email informing me I was to get my refund back on so and so date: well that date was over a week ago. It’s been 2 months since I’ve bought this bull-shet.

Can someone please let me know how I can go about this??

What are actions that we can take so that everyone’s complaints are resolved??

Same bull-shet experience. Waited weeks for the package. Emailed and called. Was told numerous lies that my package was being shipped “tomorrow”. Emailed to get a refund. Was sent refund paperwork. Weeks later. Filed it again. Called again. They said the refund will be processed a week and a half from today. Asked for a confirmation email. Wouldn’t send me one. So will see if I get it on the date they said. Super frustrating company. Do not order. Save yourself the hassle.

I really hope a class action suit will be filed!

Same story. Big run around for about 2 months, before I had my bank refund my money!
I would steer clear of this company. They also delete any negatcomnents off their Facebook page

Please believe the 1 star reviews! We need to get this organization shut down. I have filed a BBB complaint. I just want to warn people that no matter how exciting this may seem, it is not worth the money, time, or stress that Wibargain will cause.

I have never regretted a purchase more than the wibargain purchase I made. Initially, I ordered the “unclaimed mail” box. Which was quite literally a scam. They would send items (all from the same address) to random people. This people never ordered the items, therefore they would ship them back. The items were trash. I explained to customer service how I discovered their scan, they issued a store credit.

I used the store credit to purchase the Amazon box. Well, after 3 months of being told it was shipping out in 5-7 days, then 2 weeks, then being “expedited” I gave up and told them just to cancel that box and get the store credit back.

I then ordered 3 women’s clothing boxes and paid an extra $10. They sent me 2 womens boxes and 1 mens. I thought it would be a simple fix. However, they are refusing to send a womens box even though I have offered to send the mens box back. They are offering a $10 store credit…. All to get me to spend more money with them so that they can scam me out of money.

Do not purchase from this company, I purchased 10pc of unclaimed mail and they shipped the item but, they falsified the actual weight of the item. I looked on my Fedex Business account and they marked the weight as two pounds and created a label but never dropped it off, that was a red flag in my book 10pcs of mail isn't going to be 2lbs.

I live in Florida but I contacted the California Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint

These scammers DONT DESERVE 1⭐ BUT I have no choice but to tap that 1⭐ y'all should be arrested for STEALING OUR MONEY AND WASTING OUR TIME. Its sad that 75% of any company these days is a SCAM. That is y we have these review sites to guess what's legit or scam its flucking patheticso many hard working humans have to get flucked over by scum bags like WI BARGAIN

Boxes are a joke they advertise premium stuff in there boxes but all you get is junk. I have the 3 different chances to prove wrong but every box was the same. It also take about a month to receive your box big waste of money.

Buyer beware! Placed order in May 2021. It's October 2021 and still no box. I've emailed them several times. Filled out their cancellation form and sent it in. No refund as of yet. Messaged them on Instragram. Don't believe the hype on TikTok or Instragram. I've been scammed. Don't be their next victim.

I ORDERED 2 BOXES IN JULY... 1. WiBargain HBA Wholesale Box One Time Offer (I STILL DO NOT HAVE THIS PACKAGE AS OF OCT 8, 2021) AND 2. Bed Bath and Beyond Wholesale Box July Special Edition .I waited over A MONTH to get my Bed Bath and Beyond Wholesale Box July Special Edition BOX and when i FINALLY received it.. it was maybe worth $60 and that is being nice. So i called them and asked if all of the boxes were that horrible and they asked for pictures and i emailed them.. and so they gave me $35 dollars off of my next box.. They duped me in to buying another box which makes 3 boxes... AFTER they PROMISED it would ship ASAP...(WHICH WAS THE Unclaimed Mail Mystery Box September Edition) and i would get it within 2 WEEKS.. that was on SEPTEMBER 13TH...I have waited and waited and waited for my order from JULY to arrive and i haven't gotten anything except lie after lie. I was told 4 times a manager would call me.. but it NEVER happened. They trick you and make you think the item has shipped by sending you a tracking number.. but it literally hasn't even been touched.. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that it was going to ship LAST FRIDAY which was Oct 1st. They told me these exact word i know more than 4 times... "Our boxes are to be sent out Friday by 4 or Monday at the latest. the shipping info will not update so you will just have to keep checking the number". Every time i call.. its always you have more than 10 callers ahead of you.. and i left a few voicemails... no return calls, so i called and waited over 2 hours for the line to get smaller only to be sent to vm again. I called again.. FINALLY GOT SOMEONE A FEW TIMES AND THE infamous line they love to tell people was said yet again.. I asked for my Money back and they said no and that a manager would be in contact.. I am guessing this manager doesn't exist. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS I HAVE EVER HAD THE UNFORTUNANT OPPORTUNITY TO BUY FROM. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. 🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered an Amazon premium box back in May just for fun. Box was FINALLY delivered yesterday, 10/7/21. Honestly, I decided to forget about it and to write it off as a loss but, no they’re just scammers. Several times prior to receiving the box I asked for a refund and was denied. Well the long awaited (5 months) box arrived. The “unboxing” was unusual and mostly a complete disappointment. Honestly, I believe because I complained they packed my box with a bunch of garbage . Someone took great joy in hand curating a box of garbage. Do not trust this company, they are scammers.

*. A used craft glue gun with glue still on it
*. A broken (2 broken metal poles)baby beach pop up tent
*. A plastic locker shelf
* 1 small plastic bag containing two very small and broken misc parts
* a box of parts for a grill
* A plastic wall clock
*. A bidet kit for a toilet
* 2 leaking bottles of Isopropyl rubbing alcohol
