I have used the Wigwam Homes team for 16 years. They have helped me buy, sell and manage, a number of properties of all types.
They are helpful and resourceful, offering good support and guidance and often, a surprisingly quick turn around.

I was kept up to date through the selling of our property.Quick responses to any queries I had through out the period.The whole transaction period was only 3months from going up for sale to exchanging contracts.

my home sold after you wanted to wash…
my home sold after you wanted to wash your hands of the whole thing . You rang me before Xmas 2019 to say I would be better represented by another company .I said I would leave it a couple of months more.and in that time I had a firm offer on my house. The sale went thro and you got paid .I never had a call or an email from you to say congratulations on the sale.
The was no correspondence whatsoever
The girls who I dealt with at your company were great and I have no issues with them whatsoever.
But the the man in charge wouldn't recommend him to anybody. He didn't like dogs as well which should have been a warning to me about his nature in the first place .

We did however sell your house for the full asking price and the girls did do their best to provide great service so we are disappointed that you feel a 1 star review is appropriate.
