Wish i had read reviews before ordering over priced undersized stuff thays been shipped from ali express. I spent £74 when the exact same thing is on ali express for less than £26!
Recieved large but seemed like xs. Returning this item to their so called logistics company based in china has cost me £26.55!
Ill be contacting trading standards

Trekking shoes ordered. Two weeks after payment was taken the shoes arrived. The size was wrong and the shoes were of poor quality and bore no resemblance to the shoes illustrated on the website. I have asked for a refund but I was informed that I had to return the shoes (to China) at my own expense and wait until they inspect the shoes etc. It took 2 weeks for delivery so god knows how long I would need to wait for any resolution. My advice would be to not use this company.

What arrived was completely different to what I ordered. Good job I can do a charge back as contacting this company is impossible. Wish I had read into the reviews more. Just a Chinese scam company selling very sub par goods. The boots that arrived I could get on AliExpress for £12. Please avoid.

If I can rate this company with ZERO I would. What a waste of money! I bought two hiking suit for me and my wife. Bad quality UK brand supposedly but tag was Chinese brand. Way too small for us like a children size. You have to wait for three weeks to arrived. We cant return or refund. No instruction from them and completely ignored my emails. I would dispute it with my credit card company as theres no cooperation on their side. Do not trust! Avoid buying! Its a SCAM!

I received an item that wasn’t the size I ordered. Although the seller agreed to send the correct size, they wanted me to pay the delivery costs to return the incorrect item. Since returning it to China would not be worth the cost, and they were adamant that the customer must cover this expense even when the mistake was theirs, I decided to cut my losses and keep the product even though it doesn’t fit me at all. I know this company won’t care about me leaving this review, but I hope it helps someone avoid making the same mistake I did by not checking this beforehand. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company if you want the security of being able to return your item hassle-free.

My experience is similar to a lot of people here where the website made me believe it is based in Europe / UK, only to find out that I need to return the item to a warehouse in China. I paid for the delivery fees and the item was held in customs waiting for import duties to be paid for clearance. Since then the status just never got updated and customer service sent a template saying that it is under process - for 3 weeks?! And they said they cannot provide proof of communication between logistics team and customer service team that they actually did something. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Truly awful don’t trust this company. It’s all from China…..the quality of the goods is rubbish and looks nothing like the web site…..and the expectation is you have to return the goods to China at your own expense……..it’s cheap rubbish….avoid this company at all costs………they make it impossible to return the goods I had wrong size goods sent and they made me feel like it was my fault…..DO NOT BUY from this Company

Walking shoes were not the size or colour ordered and rubbish quality- nothing like the photo on the website. Received strange emails about 50p refunds so I advised my bank to block this firm. Return not possible, as no communication about instructions. I was stupid to use this company, don't you be.

I would give them Zero if i could. After some delay they sent the wrong size and colour shoes. When i pointed this out they expected me to send the shoes back to China at my expense. A clear breach of Consumer Law where the seller has sent faulty or incorrect products. Their excuse is that all their customers have to do this. Read the other reviews, they send out the wrong product regularly and are clearly relying on the customer running out of energy to return. I am claiming a refund from my Credit Card company. Do not make the same mistake as me. They appear to be UK based but are not. The 'return address' on the label is not their office and youca not return to it. They do not answer their UK phone. They are not in the UK.

All good reviews are fake. Do not get scammed. I unfortunately placed an order before seeing this page. Attempted to cancel within 10 minutes and was told it was not possible. Avoid at all costs.

Please note this company is a scam what ever you order you will get different I ordered a pair of 80x80 night vision binoculars I got cheap crap from china not night vision cannock return address on the packaging but they want you to return the item to china strange as the payment was in the uk.

and more money was taken from my bank without me knowing on the 23rd July
you are a fraud I gave you a chance to refund me now you are going to get many surprises comming your way won't be long when you will be taken down for good
also there is a second company doing the same please view all my reviews they will be on the next on another fraudulent company as no genuine address either. avoid at all cost

Totally different item and size were sent. Email said, sorry it didn't March my expectation. Well that's because it wasn't what I ordered.
Even when an error, customer has to return themselves.
Website looks like it is UK or Europe, but it is in China. I would bot have ordered if I had known this, as I don't order from China. First I knew was with delivery tracking. Address label states to return to Cannock, UK. This is also wrong.
Delivery companies will not accept return address.
Avoid this company.
I will claim my refund via Mastercard direct.

Absolutely useless the items described was nothing like what I received. Also the size I ordered was Incorrect and had to wait a long time for my order. I emailed to say the size is wrong they said I have to pay to return it.

Avoid this company at all costs! I purchased a waterproof jacket from what looked on the surface to be a UK based company. Over ten days later the jacket arrived, was poor quality, not the colour advertised and was far too big. I’ve tried to return this jacket however I’m advised to return it to a warehouse in China. Wild Horizons customer service department won’t provide all the info required for RM or DPD to return this parcel so at the moment, I’m stuck with the jacket. Next port of call is my bank to see if I can get a refund and Citizens Advice.

I ordered walking shoes, paid £58.41. The next thing I knew wild horizon had put a 50p standing order in place for parcel protection etc.
The shoes gave just arrived and are very poor quality and size 8.5 not the 10.5 I ordered.
Dealing with this firm is not recommended

To my regret I too did not do my research about wild-horizon.com I purchased some walking shoes, they did arrive within 10 days, however, they were the wrong size, they were also faulty but the best bit is they were totally different to what I purchased. Naturally I was told to send them back to China before I would get a refund.
As a Hong Kong registered company they are in breach of HK consumer rights, so as well as breaking the law here they are breaking the law there too.

So, chargeback started with my bank
Anyone else with the misfortune of dealing with this company, report them to Trading Standards via citizens advice, the more reports they get about this company the more likely they will get investigated. And keep them reviews coming on here too, to help with google searches.

Ordered waterproof jacket and trousers. Size xxxl as I was expecting a smaller size.After weeks of waiting it arrived .Well you’d be lucky if it’s a large. Trying to get refund but Olivia said there’s issues as product from china, even though they trade as uk company. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge poll. Pay a bit more and get legitimate products guys. These are crooks!!!!

Do not use this company. Concentrate on the 1* reviews and ignore the fake 5* ones.
This Chinese company cannot be trusted and is a scam. They’ve been reported to Trust pilot for their fake reviews.

Please be aware nowhere on the website did the company say the products were coming from China. The walking poles I ordered were of a poor quality and took several weeks to arrive. When I contacted the company I have to return them to China at my own cost

This is yet another company based in China but giving the impression it is from the UK or Europe.

It’s my own fault for not checking it out first, needed some new sunglasses to use whilst riding my bike and found these, costing in excess of £50.

Tracking then tells me it’s being posted from China, yes I know not everything they make is garbage, but now I’ve received them, I can confirm these are just that, cheap nasty garbage.

Checked them out on the internet today (31.07.25)and found SHEIN selling them for £13.96, that pretty much tells you how bad they are, arrived in a battered box and in a cheap horrible looking case.

They’re branded as SCVCN (7) which you’ll find on the above site, the ones I have are the blue tinted, they came with equally cheap looking clear and normal sun lenses.

They don’t fit particularly well either with a big gap under my eyes.

So just be aware, you won’t get the quality you paid for so there’s no way I’d recommend this company.
