Dreadful
After receiving a message to say my delivery would be between 13.04-14.04 very precise you might say
As they where a birthday gift the day was arranged so that the recipient would be there well within the timeframe
So when the flowers actually arrived at 18.40 the afternoon celebration had actually finished and most of the party had left she was just putting her two young children into the car to go home when they where passed to her with no reference to the lateness of the delivery
Upon contacting wild at heart I was told that as they use a third party for delivery they have no control on the time
You would imagine that at the prices they charge you could expect some kind expectation from them as to the quality of the third parties they use but no I was told I could have 20% off my next order 🤣🤣🤣🤣to say the likely hood of my using them again is slim is perhaps an understatement

We are very sorry for the delay with your delivery and for the miscommunication surrounding the expected arrival time.
We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly as the flowers were intended for a birthday celebration and arrangements had been made around the delivery window provided.
Unfortunately, once an order is with the carrier, delays can sometimes occur outside of our direct control. However, we absolutely expect the delivery information communicated to our customers to be accurate. We will be investigating this with the carrier to understand what happened and to help ensure this kind of miscommunication does not happen again.
We are also sorry that our initial response did not adequately address your concerns. We will be refunding the delivery charge for your order.

Very expensive and very ordinary
Given the price we were very disappointed by the size and quality. The flowers have not lasted which may be a result of heat although we have cut back stems, changed water etc. will not be ordering again.
I don’t appear able to follow a thread in response. So ask I can do is edit my initial post. I am responding to your comment on my trust pilot review. Not sure how I show a picture. I tried to email your PR department but got a response saying this was an unmanned email address ??
My order number is #87495 Attached is a picture of the !£135 bouquet. I really expected something more for that sort of money.

Not-so Abundant Coconut Candy
We purchased the second largest bouquet along with a £60 vase, bringing the total cost to £260.
Unfortunately, the bouquet was nowhere near as large or full as you would expect at this price point. The Playa Blanca roses appeared to be the premium flower in the arrangement, and I counted only eight of them. To add to our disappointment, the flowers began to wilt and shed petals after just three days, which was far shorter than we would expect from a premium bouquet. As this was purchased for a client event, it was particularly disappointing, as the overall presentation and longevity didn't reflect the price or our expectations.

An absolute rip-off
An absolute rip-off! I spent £200 on flowers that literally died within 2 days - the bouquet was more like a £40 bunch of flowers from the petrol station - do yourself a favour and read the other 1 star reviews - save your hard-earned money. Very disappointed.
