Moyses Stevens Flowers Avis 

Ordered a surprise expensive bouquet for my sister's birthday and they did not arrive. They promised to resend them a week later and they still did NOT turn up. Appalling customer service. Had ordered a number of presents and very disappointing customer service and care. Will never buy from them again .

To date I have bought 10+ bouquets from Moyses Stevens (MS). I am a repeat customer who buys exclusively from them because of the long lasting, freshest, beautiful, head turning & magnificent flowers delivered. I like the deluxe size which fits perfectly into the vases bought from MS so all I do is pop them into the vase so the professional arrangement remains intact. All the flowers delivered have been in excellent condition furthermore they last an exceptionally long time because in addition to being sent quality flowers I have educated myself about how to best take care of them. The option to select delivery by 12pm has been removed now so delivery by 12pm has to be arranged through customer services before placing an order. Nationwide delivery is made by DPD. Ordering through an online account is rewarded with points & when enough points are accumulated then a voucher code is generated which is nice touch. It is not my place to diminish some of the negative reviews because we are all entitled to share our perception but what I would like to say is to give MS a chance to see for yourself, spend time before ordering to share with customer services the vision you have, your expectations about bouquet size, stem size & seasonality. All questions are answered promptly by a customer services department who are kind, generous with their time, care about the work they undertake & work hard to ensure the order is correct. They are accommodating to vulnerable people with disabilities who perhaps struggle with what others find easy - I have been treated most kindly. These flowers being much happiness so do try them.

I have always loved working with flowers, I had my own dried flower business and I love gardening . So I was absolutely delighted when my husband gave me an invitation for a workshop session to learn how to make handtied bouquets at Moyses Steven’s as part of my 80th birthday celebrations.
I enjoyed the whole experience. Sarah was totally delightful, I loved the flowers chosen for the posy and really enjoyed the whole process of making up a posy. And, my goodness, the expertise involved in having to make up such a beautiful posay in the space of 10 minutes! It is such an art arranging flowers in your hand as expertly as Sarah did. I was full of admiration. It was a very special morning - I got to take my own posy home with me, and what’s more I didn’t have to clear up my mess!

I will never use this company again. My daughter has been very ill. I ordered a - very expensive - bouquet to be delivered to her. Over £127. Emails said they’d inform me when it was on its way. Received nothing. Ordered early morning. Over 8 hours later, still no sign of it. Called customer service. Very unhelpful, casual and not that bothered. I am appalled at the service and indeed everything about this company. NEVER AGAIN. To be avoided.

Absolutely shocking no delivery of flowers no call back as to where they are again could not find the order never using them again this was for a 60th present and received no flowers no apology nothing fuming don’t use them no professionalism it’s not hard to get a delivery of flowers on time i expect a full refund

Most unprofessional.
I pay for a service which Moyses Stevens hardly provid. They either don’t turn up, don’t answer my calls or e mails and after I try and try to contact them , they just say oh sorry we were too busy.

I bought the Flowers for the home workshop for a friend for her birthday.
We were the only 2 in Flower School that day so got 1:1 attention from Sarah!
We were given guidance on Flower conditioning, bouquet creation and table decorations.
Sarah was friendly & very creative!
The day flew by and we left feeling very happy with our new found skills and armfuls of flowers.
My only feedback would be that the flowers and palette we worked with were chosen for us. I’d have preferred to select my own palette and flowers.
Given that we did a bouquet and a table decoration I’d have preferred that we got the chance to work with different flowers / palette for each of them.
The flowers were beautiful and an excellent quality it’s just pink isn’t my thing.
Otherwise faultless!

I received a bouquet of Moyses Stevens flowers as a thank you from a guest who we hosted for a few days.
They arrived on the Thursday afternoon and already looked wilted. I cut the stems and put them in freshwater and by Saturday afternoon they were pretty well all dead. I complained on Monday, on the assumption that they were shut on Sundays, and was told that as I hadn’t reported within 48 hours, it was too late and I would not receive any kind of compensation of another bouquet.
if Moyses Stevens do not think that their flowers will last more than 48 hours , that is worse than you would get from a cheap bouquet in a supermarket or a Garage.
I will never recommend them to anyone or ever use their Services again , I am extremely disappointed by their very poor customer service.

Post Script:
After I spoke to the customer services manager, they have now agreed to send me a replacement bouquet bouquet - but it took persistence, several emails and a phone call to get the result that should have been offered in the first place.

The staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had booked the vase flower arrangement workshop for my Mum’s 85th birthday - we were the only 2 people there. Sarah was amazing, (and talented) and explained the principles to us both before we started on our own arrangements. Mum and I had such a fun morning and they even hung on to our arrangements whilst we went and had lunch. I honestly cannot recommend the experience highly enough.

I received a beautiful bouquet on my birthday as a surprise from my friend. I absolutely recommend this florist because the delivery was on time, flowers were very fresh and beautifully wrapped.

Got these flowers for my birthday. Not impressed - for £60 pounds I could have bought 3 bouquets from M&S which would have lasted longer and looked better!
They were delivered on Friday and already looked sad the following morning. Now it’s Wednesday and they are completely dead.

Ordered flowers on multiple occasions and also purchased in store. Always greeted with excellent customer service, especially when my flowers arrived damaged due to DPD; the problem was rectified and new flowers were sent the next day. Will definitely continue to order from this florist.

I purchased a bouquet of peonies for £130. Within 4 days they were dead, whilst £6 bunch my kids bought at M&S looked amazing. Moyses replaced them, with a bouquet of geraniums, carnations and a few small roses. Hardly worthy and presumably their old stock as they wilted in 24 hrs. Don't buy here, just go to M&S!

Couldn’t reach the team on phone and WhatsApp after multiple attempts about my order. However Samuel was really helpful when I tried to contact them on instagram. Quickly informed me about the order and shared the necessary details.

I have been using Moyses Stevens Flowers for several years and the team has always been very helpful - even for very last minute requests. Flowers always look beautiful. Will highly recommend them!

Sarah was welcoming, polite, professional and, provided great tips on flower care and flower arranging.
Was given a lovely and very generous selection of flowers and greenery with which to put my own arrangement together.
The two hour session was great fun and, surprisingly relaxing.
