My experience with this company was disappointing, primarily due to serious issues with payment and communication.
I completed my work as agreed and submitted my invoice, which was due on 1 April. The payment was not made on time, and despite multiple follow-ups, communication remained limited and unclear. I eventually received only a partial payment, with no proper explanation for the outstanding balance.
Delays and lack of transparency around payment are unacceptable in any professional setting, particularly when work has already been completed in full. This created unnecessary stress and required repeated chasing to get even a partial resolution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise contractors and employees to exercise caution and ensure that payment terms are clearly enforced and monitored.
While others may have different experiences, my experience regarding payment reliability and communication was poor.

Chamomile really works for me with sleep issues...but this time I tried Plantain for chest congestion and cough...good results!

Awesome Products Paired with Excellent Service
I have ordered a couple of times from Wilderland and both experiences have been excellent! Shipping was so quick and I was really impressed with the thoughtful and beautiful packaging. The products are awesome and I have incorporated them into my daily routine. I will definitely be gifting Wilderland to my friends and family!

Great service
Great service, shipping was faster than I expected, instructions on how to use product are clear. I bought 2 bottles for me and one for my father in law. I haven’t given his to him yet, but mine are good so far and easy to remember to take with my water in the morning. Thank you!

Rhodiola is my new FAV!
I love this company because it's homegrown botanicals & family run business. Lauren & Craig are hands on and I know my tinctures will be just right and potent! I tried the Rhodiola for stress and it was amazing. I have tried so many "stress reliever" remedies and nothing was really working or lasting. A few drops in water and I am ready to go, easy and works with my morning routine :) Definitely Recommend!!!

Customer service is great. The handwritten letter with my name in it was awesome. Your products are awesome. I am reading and learning about tinctures. This has been a eye opening experience. I feel so much better. I let go of the Effexor and use your tinctures and I have more energy. I also sleep better with the chamomile. Thank you!
