Quality Products and Affordable Pricing

The products were all great quality especially, the Adam and Eve insertable wand attachment. The prices are very reasonable. I have placed two orders with them and the packages came as expected and were in discrete packaging. I will absolutely purchase from them again.

They use a new Zealand website .co.nz but they are in Australia that's weird I thought my order would be from a new Zealand company supporting a kiwi business but no and also they use aramex the worst delivery company in Christchurch NZ they should use their own Australia website .co.au instead of blinding people that's really off putting won't buy again cheers.

Highly Recommend for any explorers!

Absolutely recommend Wild Secrets for advanced and beginner explorers.
I have been a customer for about 2 years now and I can keep coming back. Amazing products, always meeting great quality standards.
Excellent customer service too. The staff are always kind and looking to satisfy your needs. I had a suction feature item that went faulty after a short time and they simply sent me out a new one. Responses are fast and issues are resolved easily.
I could buy out the whole store and still Wild Secrets would be my first choice for cleaning and maintenance products.
I often browse for new items as they have new stock quite frequently.

Also subscribe for hilarious emails, updates and opportunities. I've won store credits once myself by surprise but nothing beats their sense of humour. I often get a good laugh and find they are very down to earth people.

Happy Husband and Wife happy life.

Not sure where to start, It was a quiet day at work so I thought, what better thing to do than shop for sex toys for my partner and I.
I got a bit excited and bought multiple items but the key purchases were the Satisfyer Rose toy and the Gwack Gwack 2.0.
The Gwack is insane, there is no mouth that could compare to this thing. Solo use or letting your partner take over, once you get the hang of it the thing basically milks you… 10/10
As for the rose, my partner and I have always had a great intimate sex life. Neither of us have any problems finishing. But similar to the other toy once we worked out what worked best, we’ve never made such a mess. My partner said “ there’s coming, and then there’s what just happened “ I’ve never seen her shake like that, was good to experience it with her. 10/10
When I purchased these items, I told the fellas at work, then told them how good they are, now a couple of the boys have bought the Rose toys for theirs partners. Cheers haha.

‘Triage Trixie’ certainly did the…

‘Triage Trixie’ certainly did the trick! My husband had leg surgery and needed a sponge bath. Let’s just say Naughty Nurse was very thorough! Costume was a perfect fit and nice quality. Delivery was speedy and stress free. Would definitely order more. Husband thinks he might need to get arrested next time!!

Avoid Wild Secrets — Predatory and Profiteering Policies

Wild Secrets has designed their returns process to actively work against customers. Their system is set up to trap you in automatic denials, excluding refund on items no matter your reason for requesting a return -Whether it’s the wrong size, a change of mind, or a product that simply doesn’t suit you, their pre-selected return options lead to one inevitable outcome — denial (you can check this yourself by reading their return policy [link blocked]).

They hide behind the excuse of “health and wellbeing,” but this isn’t about protecting customers — it’s about protecting profits. Refusing all returns under the guise of hygiene while pushing products and promoting a return system is nothing short of predatory. Customers are left powerless, out of pocket, and unheard. Even insulted in our case.

For a company claiming to value “customer satisfaction,” their rigid policies prove otherwise. No flexibility, no accountability — just a convenient way to ensure they never lose a dollar. If they truly cared, they would provide fair solutions rather than trapping buyers in a no-refund nightmare.

Don’t support businesses that exploit their customers. There are plenty of other adult stores out there that treat their customers with respect and fairness. Spend your money where your satisfaction actually matters. Wild Secrets certainly won’t deliver on that.

RESPONSE: Feedback is based on direct interpretation and utilisation of your return policy, is factual in nature as far as can reasonably be interpreted highlights the most likely outcome and purpose of your return processing page. We stand by our criticism and warning to your customers. In relation to the item and review you mention; No fraud committed as you were informed honestly and without prejudice and no item was returned. As to how you have respond both in email and to feedback, I/we have little pity for the feelings of your staff as they clearly had no kind regard for our situation and losses. I/we offer for feedback to be removed if an apology is provided and a refund of the lesser value duplicate item is received. Otherwise I/we withhold the right to critique any and all aspects of the site, business and products with which we have used/purchased and and furthermore we withhold the right to do this on any review platform or account. I/we genuinely rate your return policy 1star and this is now 100% locked in after further investigation.

RESPONSE 2:
Perhaps you should re-read our email exchange. -We *proposed* putting the unused duplicate item in the packaging of the other unopened item. You denied this.
-We *proposed* returning the other unused item instead of the unused open item. You denied this.
-We highlighted our honesty to you in that no swap was attempted (as I’m sure many lesser honest people would do). You proceeded to essentially accuse us of fraud and jam your policy figuratively in our faces.

Thank you for your engagements, they have been quite fun. Enjoy the $100 you gouged from your previously loyal and long time customers

RESPONSE 3: It seems we are continuing to discuss this matter beyond your stated end point.

-The swapping of the packaging was an idea as we had disposed of the other packaging, or rather -it was not in a returnable state. As such we were trying to do right by you in providing undamaged packaging. It was not known at the time that opened packaging would AUTOMATICALLY according to your return policy result in a return denial. That is the ridiculous point we are illustrating here. -Your policy eliminates any hope of returning a product (whether used or not) simply because it has been opened. Hence the offer to return the other duplicate (albeit different colour) product. There was no intention to commit fraud, only find a solution to a problem, this is a concept you clearly want to shoot down by any means. The fact that your policy is so rigid that a return is essentially deniable by selecting *any* reason in the provided list is itself a major offence against your customers. It is what we could refer accurately as; leading the witness.

I think I/we have at this point have compelling grounds provide another review based on the senseless nature of these exchanges with Wild Secrets Customer Service. Accommodating a minor request to help a long-term customer correct a mistake would be a small loss for your company. The item should never have been purchased in the first place. However, rather than demonstrating understanding or flexibility, or offering even a partial refund or credit as one would normally expect you have continue to respond with impersonal corporate rhetoric.

Your comments omit key details — including your attempt to return opened products months, and even years, after purchase. This is not only against our Returns Policy but also a clear breach of basic hygiene standards. No reputable retailer would accept such returns, and it’s disingenuous to suggest otherwise.

You’ve shown ongoing disregard for our staff, our policies, and the responsibilities that come with purchasing adult products. You chose not to read the Returns Policy before buying, and now continue to shift blame for your own oversight.

Accusing our business of being “predatory” because we enforce a health-based policy — common across this industry — is both misleading and defamatory. We do not “trap” customers. We apply a consistent, legally compliant policy that protects everyone, including you.

You have also made suggestions about returning the item fraudulently, and have now harassed our team across multiple channels. This behaviour is unacceptable and has crossed the line.

Our Returns Policy is clearly outlined, legally compliant, and applied consistently to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers. While you may disagree with how it is structured or interpreted, it is neither deceptive nor predatory.

To be clear, no refund will be issued in this instance, and we will not be offering an apology under the conditions you’ve outlined. No fraud was officially committed, as you noted, but you did openly suggest the possibility of returning another item in place of the one purchased, which is a serious concern and was flagged accordingly.

Our team has responded respectfully and professionally throughout. Continuing to belittle or show disregard for our staff is not acceptable and only undermines any future attempts at constructive dialogue.

We fully respect your right to share your experience across any review platform, as long as it remains factual and not defamatory. Likewise, we reserve the right to protect our business and staff from baseless or malicious accusations.

We encourage you to review the full email exchange yourself. From the outset, we clearly informed you that the return could not be accepted under any circumstances. Unfortunately, you repeatedly refused to accept this decision, which is why the message had to be reiterated multiple times.

Additionally, to clarify — you stated, "Honestly, I was just going to swap them and send the black one." This sentiment was repeated in one of the three reviews you posted. As such, we did not accuse you of contemplating a fraudulent return — you openly acknowledged it yourself.

Insulted honest attempts to fix a mistake

Bought a product and opened it, didn’t use but went to put it away and realised we already had one still in its box from 20 months ago (we’ve bought a lot of toys). Initiated a return but as it was opened this was denied. Contacted them to request return of the unopened one which was denied despite being the same product of a different colour. They told us the previous order didn’t exist (it was only 2 orders back?) -no apology given when shown that was wrong. We Could have just swapped the new and old and sent it back but we did the honest thing and let them know. Asked them for a solution since they denied all three of ours and they essentially insulted our efforts and pushed the 90day policy like a power trip. Long Time Customers no longer.

The response from Wild Secrets is entirely predictable and corporate. No apology for insult and mistakes made. I encourage everybody to fight back against the business. Their return options are designed to result in a policy denial. You have to customise return requests through an entirely different link to instigate a request for defective items. I’d like to point out that no, they are not going to be able to tell undamaged packaging has been opened carefully, the insinuation is to discourage readers to do the same. For a huge business like this the profit gouging is deplorable.

- The most recent item was purchased in December 2024, which is outside of our standard returns window, even for items eligible under change-of-mind (which this category is not).

- The second product you referred to — which was still sealed — was purchased in 2023 and is an colour we no longer carry meaning the acceptance of the return would come at a loss to us as it couldn't be resold.

In terms of locating the order history, our team initially had difficulty identifying the previous purchase because it was referenced by the colour— and the colour mentioned did not match what was in your order history. Once the correct details were provided, your previous order was located.

While you mentioned that you could have “just swapped the products” before returning one, we must clarify that all returns are carefully inspected, and such actions could be identified — further reinforcing why our return policies must be upheld consistently.

We understand your frustration and genuinely appreciate your past support. However, our team has followed our policies correctly and communicated professionally throughout the interaction.
