Wildz is allowing me to deposit money then restricting my use making me verify making me send repeated documents they already have

I made a deposit and they automatically attached a bonus. There wasn't an option to choose to have the bonus or not. I have to play the required amount of games before I can get ahead.

This site only gives money when you have used under 1000$ after that you loose 90% of your money. You can't get any wins bigger than 200$ if you don't play with high stakes. So overall 1-star this site is meant to be just money for company and "playtime" for players:D

I'll be blunt. The worst online casino I have ever tried. They automatically attach a welcome bonus which i contacted them and had them remove. The reply I got was we make it automatic so that new players who have never gambled before dont miss out. I sh×t you not. So they scam the stupid and are open about it. I’ve seen so many reviews on how this site is bad! Luckily I’ve had a luck streak with them for 3 weeks cashing “1-2” thousand multiple times throughout the week and have received them 2 days later and withdrawal instantly put through as-well. I’ve just now won 5 thousand and now have been asked to verify the account and as I’ve seen the site has also not put through the withdrawal and is still at pending so I think my tables have turned and I’ve got the bad side everyone’s talking about! Briefly about the gaming site, I sent them 8 documents, all of which are approved, but it still says on the account (account verification pending). Four weeks have passed and it still says the same. The customer support team is trained to use scripts and refers to 'you will receive a message later.' This is the response I’ve been getting for 4 weeks. Where is the line? How can they keep saying 'you will receive a message later' when you never actually get it? Furthermore, they don’t explain what is happening with the account. They are violating multiple articles.
