Stay away from them at all costs.
I tried cashing out, they claimed I had bonus added to my account and it is not true.
When I brought it to their attention they keep sending me the robotic script over and over again.
They did not attempt to correct the problem and communication was stopped afterwards because they simply didn’t care.

had a little hicuup with payout, customer service chat were awesome, no problem. Just needed to be patient with them when get paid out. I provided my bank detail, my bank is pretty strict with people transferring into my card, probably why it took long. I finally got my payout. Thanks Wildz😉

Stay as far away from these crooks as possible. Finally won some money and they would not let me withdraw it. They requested all my bank information (which should have been a red flag. But stupid me gave it to them hoping to get my winnings. They screwed me around for days. Saying the information wasn’t accurate. They promised to push it up the later. They never responded to anything I tried. Lots of empty promises and no winnings. Finally today I went in and changed all my banking information because they are a bunch of crooks that I’m sure they would have sold it to a third party. Then I went back on their site and purposely lost the winnings I had and proceeded to tell them what I thought of them. They immediately banned me. Like I care. I would not have ever seen my money anyway. Stay clear of them

Im very surprised about the negative feedback, my experience has been exceptional. The RTP's are lower than some site and the VIP bonuses are pretty average with 35x wagers on them. Personally I never accept any of the bonus deposit offers etc too much risk in not following T&C on wagering.

People need to read T&C for verifying accounts, over time you will need photo's of drivers licence, bank statements, Birth certificate or passport, proof of address. In my case proof of wealth which required pay slips etc. I started playing online slots 2019 and was very dubious also but now having been through it all multiple sites its more familiar.

They suddenly took away my deposit bonus after I had bought it, and restricted my account. This because I appearantly had breached their rules. I have played online casinos since 2016, and never done anything different this time. I took contact with support to get an explanation what I possibly could have done, but they couldnt give me any reason because this was a «metric» in the system. Deleted account right away, and will look for other casinos in the future. RED FLAG

I regret ever trusting wildz!!. They took $5,400 from me and now won’t respond to any of my inquiries. The stress and anxiety are overwhelming. I feel completely deceived and scammed. This experience has been a nightmare and I just want my money back. How can they treat people like this??!
