We werken ondertussen een jaar samen met Willow en hebben sinds de start heel wat ontwikkelingen in het platform gezien. Naast de geautomatiseerde contentcreatie appreciëren we vooral het persoonlijke contact met onze accountmanager Kjell. Hij luistert naar onze feedback en denkt actief mee. A few things that could be improved:

It would be great to have the option to customize captions separately for individual LinkedIn profiles, rather than having to use the same caption for everyone.

We've experienced some recurring issues with Instagram posts being published later than scheduled. This might be related to Instagram itself rather than Willow, but it can sometimes be frustrating. That said, Ali and the back-office team have always been incredibly helpful in resolving these issues.

A future integration with TikTok would be a fantastic addition!

Overall, Willow is a very useful platform that makes social media management much easier. Combined with the excellent customer service, it's definitely a tool we'd recommend!
