I found the whole process of opening an account and being able to view the auction online very straightforward. I was able to ask for a free assessment of items and I was able to bid very easily. On completing the auction I was able to pay and to arrange for delivery of my items. I found the staff I spoke to at Wilson55 to be both friendly and courteous. I will be partaking in more auctions in the future.

Having never even attended an auction before, I was pleasantly surprised with the easy, informative communication from start to finish from Wilson55. Liz Bailey was really helpful and clearly very passionate about the items being sold in this particular auction. They were transparent when it came to fees and commission, plus they do all of the work for you - which is handy when you're totally clueless about this kind of thing!
