No Replacement parts
I purchased an S14 e-bike for my son less than a year ago. Unfortunately, he recently bent the front rim. When I contacted Windone customer service to purchase a replacement, I was told the S14 has been discontinued in Canada and that no replacement parts are available.
It is extremely disappointing that a bike less than a year old is already unsupported. A damaged wheel is a normal repair item, yet because replacement parts aren't available, my son is left without a usable bike.
I expected much better after-sales support. If you're considering purchasing a Windone bike, I would strongly recommend confirming that replacement parts will be available for years to come. In my experience, buying a product that becomes unserviceable within a year is simply unacceptable.

Excellent customer support
I don't have much to say about the e-bike itself because it's my first e-bike ever. However, the seat is extremely comfortable. In fact, every time I buy a bike, I replace the original seat with this type because it's so comfortable.
The customer support was also excellent. They helped me resolve an issue with the key. Although it was frustrating at first, everything was sorted out in the end. I really appreciate Claire for her outstanding support. Great job!

Amazing Customer Service, which in this day and age seems fleeting. Bought 2 RS5 bikes for our boys, 10 and 7, and we have been happy with them. Had a couple issues but Claire helped us get it sorted fast. These are a great value for what they cost you.

The customer service is great - Chloe
The customer service is great. Chloe has been the person with whom I’ve communicated with. I could always count on a quick response (albeit the time zone difference does cause delays). I’ve had two different issues in just a few months of ownership. One issue was a broken power button assembly when shipped. This came within a week or so. The next issue was a defective front fork. This took a couple of weeks to get here from China. I’m not impressed with the longevity of the front fork and hope that an upgraded one becomes available because I’d gladly test it out for you. My son only weighs 90 lbs so the suspension in the front should be more robust. I couldn’t imagine what it would do with an adult rider. All that aside, I’ve been impressed with the level of professional support and specifically from Chloe. Again, if I were rating the bike it would be hard to give it more than a 2 star due to the issues in the short time of ownership. I really want to be a happy long term customer and I really hope the quality improves so that I could recommend your products. Thank you, Chloe, for always being kind.

Claire at Windone has been amazing. I have a display problem on my Windone S16 and she immediately sent replacement parts. I tracked the shipment to E-bike in Barrie Ontario. Unfortunately when I arrived four days later the dealer could not find the required parts. I contacted Claire again and they are now shipping the parts directly to me. I am impressed with Windone support.

Great affordable compact e-bike
This was exactly what I was looking for, small, compact and foldable. Easy to install heck there's really no install other than putting the left and right pedal after that you just need to unfold and adjust to your height/length for riding. First thing I did was tested the top speed and yes 19mph is the top speed :). Definitely worth the price for the size of e-bike. No problems or issues.

Took 13 days before I got the bike error in transit , does not stay in first gear , rubbing sound front disk , cracking sound when i push down on seat , barrel adjuster in back crooked ,back tire sablés up and down , Claire as been a big help for all the issues , like the bike , fun to drive
