Fantastic wine, great price & quick delivery
Great price, great service. Wine packaged beautifully and safely (they obviously know how to transport wine) and delivery so quick. Brilliant to be supporting an independent business. Is now our go to for fantastic quality wines.

Heard about this company after reading…
Heard about this company after reading an article in the guardian before Christmas. Was a little weary at first due to some of the previous reviews however I always look at other reviews people have left for other businesses/services and all three people had left numerous 1 star reviews elsewhere (always sets alarm bells ringing!) so decided to give it a go!
So glad I did super easy, user friendly website and quick delivery I also purchased a gift card shortly after for a family member who has used and experienced the same great service.

Beware order never received
Beware order placed and never received and unable to make contact by phone, email, website or Facebook. I got my money back through the bank after reporting as a scam. I've reported this company to trading standards.

False promises
Ordered Some very nice South Eastern Australian Grant Berge Shiraz. I paid for next day delivery. Wine arrived 12 days later with false promises from Adam, promising a refund that I have not receive. Overall I am quite disappointed and feel let down.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Have tried to get in contact with them 6 times through email and Instagram and am being ignored. Excuse of being off due to COVID was weeks ago and since I was told everyone was back in and my query would be replied to weeks ago it still hasn't. Received expensive wine as a gift which was corked and am expecting a replacement but just impossible to get hold of anyone.

Missing Wine
Ordered 12 bottle of Pieropan Soave on 20.9.22. Order delivered on 23.9.22 missing three bottles of wine. The case was not tampered with. Desite emails I have not been compensated for missing wine.
