Good service and communication.
Good service and communication.
However I found FedEx delivery a pain no communication about delivery times, can't track the order as the app won't let you set up an account, forums online say the same, rubbish courier.
Shame but unless there's another courier choice may not use again

Hi sorry to hear about your experience with Fedex, I have never had any issues with deliveries with them. With every order a tracking number is sent to your mobile number or email and once order is dispatched, a text or email will be sent to inform you of delivery date and times.
I had issues with Evri, but if you order again and prefer them then please let me know. Thanks

Thanks for the review martin!
Great wine.
The staff are always very friendly and willing to offer advice. Also they never try to sell you things that you don't need, the prices are competative and the wine is really good.

Fabulous small independent company
I'm secretary of Berwick & District Friends of Dementia which is a weekly support group for people with diagnosis of Dementia along with their Carer. Each week we offer various activities and always celebrate national days. These are the days when we offer Home Made non alcoholic Ginger Wine. To make this we use a compound from Wine Online. Over the past few years the lovely people at Wine Online have very kindly given our little charity the compound free of charge. How wonderful are these people? I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this wonderful little independent little company. Margaret Johnson.
