There Was a delay in my order ,due to a lack of communication but once it was resolved I had no problems and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful

I had asked for it to be shipped to a different address which unfortunately didn’t happen but Wingspan were quick to offer to pay the postage and I received the money within minutes of sending the receipt.

Beautiful watches
Beautiful watches I was very pleased when the watch arrived, i bought it as a gift and it was lovely to have if packaged in a nice wooden box. I would recommend this company to anyone, great quality and very quick service and a lovely range of watches in many different types of wood, very pleased with everything.

Order got mixed up with another…
Order got mixed up with another customers. However Wingspan were quick to remedy the problem. After a few days I received my correct order. Communication was good regarding the error.
The goods were received safely and in good condition.
