There Was a delay in my order ,due to a lack of communication but once it was resolved I had no problems and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful

Excellent service. I initially had a problem in that the strap was too short, and WingSpan very quickly arranged for additional links to be sent out. Lovely looking watch. So nice, I ordered one for my brother too!! Highly recommended.

Very disappointing
The two watches I ordered were unsatisfactory. The first one had a broken link where it should connect to the watch and the second one with a leather strap fell off my friend!s wrist after four hours of wear.
Having emailed the company I requested a refund rather than replacements. I did not feel the quality was all that good. I returned them two weeks ago but as yet have heard nothing from them.

Wore the watch for the first time to day it looks good and is very light in weight it was quite easy to take a couple of links out to get the correct fit.All in all a nice addition to my watch collection.
