Wingstop Avis 710

I recently tried Wingstop and overall, it was a really good experience. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which is exactly what you want. The flavor options are definitely the highlight—there’s a wide variety, and they’re all well-seasoned without tasting artificial. The lemon pepper and garlic parmesan stood out the most.

The fries were also great, especially with the seasoning they use—it adds a little extra flavor that makes them different from regular fries. The ranch dip was fresh and paired perfectly with everything.

Service was decent, and the food came out pretty quickly. The only downside was that it can get a little messy depending on the flavor you choose, but that’s expected with wings.

Overall, Wingstop is a great spot if you’re craving flavorful wings with a lot of variety. I’d definitely go back.

Their customer service is fantastic and when bringing out food is on time . I really admire the place and is hygienic

I was so excited for my food because ive been STARVING The whole evening, until my food finally arrived and i kid you not. THE SAUSE WAS EVERYWHERE?? My food taste nothing but absolute blue cheese. Way too much. This aint cool wingstop.

Took my parents to cinema then decided to try the new Bristol Cribbs WS, was really disappointed. No paper menu's available so extremely hard to order for my 2 elderly parents as i couldnt take them to till to see menu board. Paid £44 for 2 lots of set meals as it waa too hard to make a choice without menu's. When it came out it was literally 6 boxes of different flavoured chicken bites. No chips, no drinks. I queried this with staff but they said that was what it was. The chicken was sat in a pool of grease/butter and it was so greasy it actually make me feel nauseous. So disappointed and would not go again. Slims chicken soooo much better.

Flavorful chickenwings but the variety of flavors were bit lacking

Blood on the boneless chicken do not come to this I was eating my chicken and then half of the inside of the chicken was soaked in blood

My fries were terrible and so I did the survey never got my free fries 😡

I am not a fan of wings stop but my kids love it. Today my son ordered a big meal to take away. Took the train home and got ready to eat. It wasn't his order. Instead of 12 pieces of chicken, he only got 5. No dip. Plain fries. I called them and they said to bring the food back and they will give me the right order as they can't deliver it to me.
I went by train. I wasn't gonna go all the way back again. They didn't even sound apologetic as if it was my fault. If it was up to me I would never go back again. Rude

On 3/22/26 I placed a delivery order for a combo on their website. Delivery time was between 30-45 minutes. I called after waiting an hour and was told that the order had been picked up a while ago. How do people just walk out of the store with orders?! I asked to speak to a manager, was told she wasn't in and that I needed to call the customer service number. The number disconnects after the recorded voice says the call may be recorded. I tried at least 4 times. I called the restaurant again and was told they would fill the order if I came and picked it up. There would be no refund for the delivery charge and fees. Which means I paid $23.48 for an 8-piece combo. I did not go in an pick up the order. I contacted corporate office, they don't offer assistance to dissatisfied customers. But there is a lot of info on opening a franchise or donating to their favorite charity. I've never eaten Wingstop's food before and after this incident, I never will. I'm currently trying to get PayPal to assist me in getting a refund.

Absolutely terrible, Got told at the door 30 mins wait had to wait 45 mins in the end just to get any food, Ask for a manager and they didnt come for over 10 mins and tried to make a excuse why not to refund, I would stay away and go to KFC and the food in the end wasn't even worth the wait the fries was over salted the chicken was dry and luke warm I would stay far away from them 💯

Myself and my cousins went to wingstop in Wandsworth and the customer service was 10/10. A lovely girl named Sanya was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us celebrate my little cousins birthday with a cake and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend coming to this branch.

I guess the Wingstop in Midlothian Texas care less about quality of product. I waiting six months before try them again. The same bad quality chicken. I was there at 8: 24 2026-03-21 as for 8 wing combo cook fresh.they gave me old chicken with lot of Haw cl and BBQ CL cover up old chicken. The chicken was tuff . I gave it to my dogs. I spend 15.00 for that kind of quality. The fries was a 8 out of ten. The chicken was a one since the dogs ate 8 piece of chicken. My ticket number was 10027 Larry. I suggested the owner come to that establishment and do quality check.

I was enjoying my meal until I bit into my chicken only to find dark veins and a lot of blood in my boneless bites

The wings stunck up my car.. cooked in dirty oil.. and weren't even coated completely...first hand last time I will go there

Ordered 6 pc wing combo, fries were burnt and cup looked like someone had chewed on it pieces were missing.

We purchased the 30 for 30. These aren’t whole wings, so each whole wing is 2 bucks. The plain had no flavor and was cooked to absolute death. They were so bad, my dog wouldn’t eat them.
Then the lemon pepper which had so much seasoning on them that they were nauseating. They, too, were cooked to death.
We picked these up. Had I not driven home, a good 25
Min. Drive, I would have gotten a refund, because literally nothing was edible.
Wingstop offered to replace my order, but I refused, because they sent an extremely unacceptable product out the door, and they’ll do it again.
I’m done with this company.

I waited over 45 minutes for a simple 10-piece order, and the wings arrived lukewarm and surprisingly greasy. It’s frustrating because the Lemon Pepper seasoning is great, but the poor service and long wait times make it hard to justify the visit.
