Teeny weeny portions of food, overpriced and overhyped. Won't be be recommending. Flavourful mix ordered with corn, was not full up after as the tenders were small strips, the boneless were 8 chicken nugget sized pieces with small portions of fries, the corn was 4 small pieces which was a rip off. Save your money and go somewhere where u get what you pay for.

I went to Wingstop in different locations around London and I always had a great experience. My only issue was in Becton branch it was too noisy. Otherwise the food delicious and staff friendly. I also had it delivered home a couple of times and again just delicious 😋 Nothing to complain about.

I'd give it a negative if that was an option.
The smallest chicken wings I've ever had and toooo salty. The drinks machines only had coke - other options were 'unavailable'. The coke was inconsistent and very watered down.
Not a good price either.
We ended up eating again at our usual place.

Not recommended at all.

We visited the „very popular” place first time today with my partner, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sauces tasted artificial, and the food overall felt heavily processed, as if it contained too many unnatural or low-quality ingredients.

After eating, I experienced stomach pain for the rest of the day, which made the situation even worse.
I can not understand what is so popular about this brand …

We got a VIP visit at Boucher road and wow,the food is amazing we had wings and boneless options, the portions where big, even though it was free for us we had a look at the prices an they are very good not that expensive at all. Thank you wingstop for the invite we will be back, also your staff are so friendly and happy

If you are reading this and thinking of eating at wing stop. Don't. The food you get served looks nothing remotely like the photos on the menu. I mean NOTHING like the photos on the menu and It tastes cheap and nasty.

I complained to customer service through their website and nearly a month later have heard nothing.

Bo was simply friendly and sweet. She was at the till, She listened to us and served us. She helped us with our order and highlighted on other meals that we might get later in the future. This is top notch selling the brand in the most effective and efficient way. You rarely find such beautiful personality in Liverpool. Bo deserves lots of encouragement and appreciation! Every company needs a hundred of Bo.🥰

We visited as a family and had a lovely meal for my daughters 13th birthday, but the experience was soured by poor service afterward. We ordered a takeaway for my son who couldn't attend, only to discover it was the wrong order when we got home (a 20-minute drive away).

After contacting customer service, they apologized and promised a voucher via email. Six weeks and multiple follow-ups later, I am still waiting. It’s disappointing to see a restaurant provide good food but fail so significantly on basic accountability. They appear to have no formal complaints procedure or way to escalate issues. I’m tired of asking—I just want the resolution I was promised

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent order placed from Wingstop through your platform.

This order was placed for my son’s 10th birthday meal. He specifically chose chicken wings for his birthday, and I spent approximately £70 on the order expecting it to arrive in good condition and suitable to eat.

Unfortunately, the entire order arrived freezing cold. The food was not warm, let alone hot, and it was completely inedible. As a result, we were forced to throw the food away. This caused significant disappointment on what should have been a special occasion for my son.

I was extremely disappointed to receive a refund of only £14. This does not reflect the seriousness of the issue, nor does it compensate for the fact that the full order was wasted. I paid for a complete meal and received food that could not be consumed.

Went to wing stop Leicester; waited over 15 mins for food, and when the guy casually brought it over the chips were luke warm!!! Staff too busy chatting to bring food over when it was ready as we could see our order sitting on counter getting cold!!! I think some customer service training is badly needed! And more speed on delivery!!!!

Good atmosphere.Food quality is good and tasty 😋.

Pigeon Wings.

First and last visit. £15.70 for a 8 wings takeaway meal. Average fries and Fanta drink. Wings were tiny and hard. Flavour had been put on with a salt shaker on one side only. Was still hungry after. Long wait time inside. Look like they were prioritising delivery drivers. What a rip off. Have applied for a refund.

They are definitely not THE WING EXPERTS that’s for sure 100%

Theyre not even the Pigeon wing experts I would have said so if they were cooked properly and bursting with flavour. FFS.

I think Wingstop tastes great. Its one of my favourite fast food places. I've tried all the flavours and I think they're all nice. The Ranch sauce is really good.

Really tasty. Delicious burger with generous portion of juicy chicken tenders. Great fries.
Kids said their oreo milkshakes were really good. And not too expensive either.
Service was good, friendly and welcoming. Slight delay with one item which was sorted out straight away.

Just went to wingstop edge lane and it was really really bad ! We ordered our food and shakes ! They brought 1 shake over for my youngest son and then nothing else came for over 10 minutes then when our food arrived the chips were stone cold and everything we ate was very spicy even the stuff that wasnt meant to be spicy ! Then my son felt ill after eating the boneless bites and for four of us it was over £70 which was absolute robbery ! It wont be long until it closes im sure

I acknowledge this place is only recently opened however they should have found their feet by now . We placed an order and before we did asked how long the wait for food was . We were advised 20mins . Just short of an hour later our food arrived and it was completely stone cold . Obviously had sat on the pass for at least 20 mins . Our order wasn’t the only one there was no space on the shelves out of the kitchen for orders . The bottleneck seems to be staff to deliver orders to tables . Very disappointing as potentially if the service was established this could be brilliant . Also did witness one of the staff training I presume a new staff member they should use one of the metal trays serving food to customers to press down the rubbish in the bins before removing and tying up the black bag . I am not sure how this practice meets health and hygiene standards . How often are these serving trays cleaned after being used to condense food waste in bins ? . For this and cold food served we won’t be back

Went to the wingstop in Northampton and they would not even serve us as one of my children has a nut and pea allergy. First time we've ever been turned away from any food establishment before. Was not happy the staff couldn't even be bothered to check ingredients.

Please do not give this despicable company one penny of your money. The newly-opened Livingston branch has just fired multiple staff members who were off sick due to the recent winter influenza surge. These are young people who were so pleased to be given the chance to earn a living and pay their way who've now been thrown on the scrapheap through no fault of their own. Wingstop does not deserve anyone's custom. The worst type of restaurant chain.

Livingston, West Lothian. Absolute rubbish! Music for 18 to 24 year olds and far too loud. Chicken wings? Mostly drumsticks - appeared to be boiled and draped in sauce; tasteless. £25 down the drain. Will certainly not be back!

Visited the Norwich restaurant for the first time. Ordering was quick and the server was really friendly and polite. However, after ordering we waited at our table for 25 mins for the food. We went to check and were told it would be 5 mins but it took another 25 mins for them to bring our food. When it arrived it was very tasty (loved the sweet potato fries) but almost cold! Also quite expensive for what is really chicken nuggets and chips with some sauce on them!
