Don't work here as a freelancer or consultant
If you are a freelancer or consultant, this is a heads-up for you guys, they don't release your payments! They hold your payments and ask you to work on stuff that was not discussed at the beginning of the project.
Don't work for this company, waste of time & effort.

Some VA’s are very good
Some VA’s are very good. Some VA’s are not competent enough. There should be proper filtering of the virtual employees before assigning them to the client.
Same is with account managers. Very few of them take keen interest in the requirements of the client, rest are just for name sake.
