Ive completed multiple tasks for the withdrawal of free bonus and I have not received alot of the rewards as soon as you completed the requirements the promotions disappear after saying that you can claim the rewards at a certain time and the rewards disappear the deposit bonus doesn't get rewarded and the deposit rewards dissappear ive been trying to contact customer service and I am told I will receive the rewards once updated or sent different reasons to my rewards not being rewarded i.e is my device time set according to the real time or just no reply at all im not able to see the history of deposit and rewards and I have no history of the promotions which I have completed the games are ok but the rewards and requirements are expensive and they continually refresh after one has completed theres multiple stages of tasks to deposit and complete i started with 8 or 9 promotions with upto 10 maybe more deposit tasks which I have not received the rewards ive received the odd one but the big rewards are always unavailable to claim and they disappear or are unable to claim due to technical issues im not happy with this I am unable to get any resolution despite my money being deposited easily and quickly I am still waiting for my rewards to be paid as fast as they are taking it should be the same to refund the missing rewards as they are all big amounts and they should be returned
