It's a very efficient service, when I asked for help Michelle helped me and in less than 5 min I was able to purchase my domain name. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely dire service; frequent service interruptions. Tech support are helpful to a degree on the webchat when there are technical problems, but time is not a consideration. You cannot get help on the phone and sales/billing do not respond. Complaints are not addressed and it is not easy to leave. Use any other provider from the very start.

Chat support is really fast and easy to use, got a couple of bumps at the begginng but they helped me correct it incredibly fast.

Their support is amazing and I have faced no problem using their services. Thumbs up for Michelle specially.

I've used Wizzhosting for a couple of years now. It's been littered with issues of different nature. The primary theme seems to be cheap services, but poor process. They are cheap, no doubt. But between auto renew of domain names not working and lack of ownership of failure in internal processes it leaves the customer to manually check that each action is established and followed through on. In other words: You need to micromanage them.
They use technobabble to confuse customers in staying with them. I would chose someone else or understand that they are cheap, but you pay for what you get.

None of the service work properly. Hosting is extremely slow. Lots of downtime. Totally incompetent support, both sales and tech. Stay away from Wizzhosting and save yourself time and money.
