Fast Delivery,,,, But i would Advise anyone living outside the UK To check item's on delivery,, Customs do not know how to pack up a parcel after opening it for Inspection? very untidy workmanship. the parcel was very tattered,, when i opened it i was lucky that the screen was not Damaged but the mains lead was not in the box and lucky for me i had one that worked. Thank You WJMTech computer up and running now and no problems as yet

Great product refurbished to a great standard in fact as good as new. No marks at all!! I did add a note to request two DP cables instead of one and a VGA which was an option on the listing but only one came. However still a 5 star review as very happy with the screens

I bought a duel-screen set up. There was some tiny cosmetic marks but the stand was brand new and the picture quality was perfect.

I bought a PC package, but didn’t receive the mouse and keyboard. After a couple of attempts, I did get refunded for the parts I didn’t receive. I also have an issue with one of the lights, which the technician is proactively trying to resolve. Now I have a contact, they are being very helpful and I feel they are keen to try and help me.

I have not connected my new computer yet but very impressed with service and delivery info and condition of refurbed item

First delivery, was next day. All good.
2nd i had made an error i did not need 2 screen set up after all.
I contacted WJM, made them aware i was looking to return screens and stand.
Within 3 days of sending package back by parcelforce full refund paid to my bank account.
Would definitely return to WJM again.

Monitor was deliverd on second day sfter order, in good condition & working well. Only problem was thar one screw fixing was missing from monitor socket. I managed to relocate one fixing from another port.
