Excellent trip for our family of four (with two young boys - 12 and 14) to watch the two semifinals and finals of Eurocup 2024 in Munich, Dortmund, Cologne, and Berlin. WoD organized the entire trip and provided white glove service from the minute we landed in and left from Germany. We were chaperoned throughout the trip by Mike, Varya, and their team, who took care of every detail. (Airport transfers, hotel stays, ICE train tickets, match tickets, unique curated city tours and events, daily WhatsApp communication) and were on-hand throughout to answer questions. We look forward to more sporting events and travel with WoD.

World of Discoveries was a godsend. They were with us every step of the way. Through them we got good hotels, good drivers and most importantly all our mobile tickets to the Euro 2024 games came easily.

I have just completed a 2 week, 5 city, 6 game tour of the Euro 2024 in Germany. World of Discoveries discussed my idea and goals of this trip in advance with me and developed an end-to-end vacation for me that was a trip of a lifetime! All I had to do was get to Germany. After that I simply followed the provided detailed itinerary. The pre-booked hotels were well-chosen, the intercity trains worked perfectly, and the game tickets that World of Discovery procured for me were absolutely spectacular. There is no way that I could have acquired these tickets on my own, especially coming from North America. German citizens were only able to acquire tickets to these games via a lottery. We met people who simply could not get tickets and we met others who maybe had one in their home city. We went to 6 games of the teams we were interested in and World of Discoveries basically put us next to the pitch for every game. Better than I ever expected. There were no surprises. Once a train we were expected to take was cancelled by Deutche Bahn. WOD, a day in advance, alerted me to this fact, before I even knew, and provided me with new tickets and a revised itinerary. Gulina, Sofia, and Alex all had a role in making my trip an amazing experience. If I had any concerns about ticket delivery they responded instantly, every time. I will turn to this company every time I have a trip of serious magnitude, especially one that requires country specific knowledge, internal contacts, and complex travel.

Just back from Germany where World of Discoveries organized a fantastic custom trip for us to the Euro 2024 football (soccer) tournament, covering Frankfurt and Cologne. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, ensuring we were well-informed and prepared for our adventure.

Our in-country host, Mike, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to keep everyone updated on game day, making sure everything ran smoothly. His knowledge and enthusiasm added a special touch to our experience. Seats obtained by them were great too!

The hotel selections were spot on. In Cologne, our hotel was perfectly situated, allowing us to easily walk to the fan zone and along the river, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the tournament alongside fellow fans. The convenience and quality of the accommodations truly enhanced our trip.

Overall, World of Discoveries exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail, customer service, and seamless organization. Varya and Mike - Thank you so so much for an unbelievable 6 days in Germany for the Euros. You helped us escape travel chaos and landed us some fabulous seats at the opening ceremony and Englands first match. The hotels were fabulous. Great breakfasts and positions. Constant updates from the WODFI team added to the smooth running of my Franks perfect 50th birthday present . A highlight was the welcome party in the oldest brewery in Munich . Loved it. I booked not knowing what I was going to getting, a little sceptical and apprehensive due to never using these guys before. I could not have been more wrong, the service has been great and the tour has also been great. Mike the tour guide and the girls in the office are 5 star. Even had a disaster and left my passports in the hotel safe of one city and Mike and the team could not do enough to help me get these back. Really appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I have just completed a great tour with World of Discoveries in Germany and Austria. The main aim of the trip was for my husband to watch Scotland play in the Euros football championship. However, this trip was about so much more than just the football. Of course, the WOFDI team organised great hotels and tickets for Bill to join the crazy Tartan Army and watch its team in Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart. But, the highlights for me were visits to mad King Ludwig’s fairytale castle Neuschwanstein in Bavaria; the James Bond Elements museum, perched 3000m high up in the Austrian Alps; a stay at the incredible Aqua Dome resort in the Austrian Tyrol; and a superb wine tasting evening with a great group of travellers at Schloss Lieser hotel on the Moselle River. What a trip, what an experience.

From start to finish the team couldn't have made this any easier to plan the trip. From the initial discussion to the finer details, don't hesitate to book. It's always daunting using a new company for things like this but they were so professional and I'll be using them again in the future. Lina was great with communication regarding the trip and Gulner was amazing ensuring we knew all about the transfers at the other end. They couldn't be more helpful or reassuring and I can't thank them enough!

We have just attended the Opening of Euro Cup 2024 in Munich and WofDi has given us a blast! Opted for an organized trip due to limited time we could spend in Germany and wanted to have it all arranged for us – accommodation, game tickets, transportation. WofDi polished the standard travel package with an awesome welcome party. Private lounge for our group in the famous Hofbräuhaus included great meals eat-all-you-can (and then eat more), unlimited bear (really unlimited), very good selection of wine, entertainment program and truly amazing hosts on site. With such a fantastic start, our experience continues with seamless transfers to/from the venue. 5-1 Germany vs Scotland as boring as never was the only thing which spoiled the night. Sadly, that was beyond WofDi’s control. Thank you for everything and looking forward to experience FIFA World Cup 2026 with you, guys.

Our first trip to the Northern Europe organised by World of Discoveries. The staff designed our trip from start to finish in such a way that it reflected our individual circumstances, budget and preferences. I can't even begin to describe how incredible my trip to the FIBA World Championship 2023 in Manila, Philippines, was. Wonderful holiday for kids and adults alike! From the moment we landed, the warmth and friendliness of the Filipino people enveloped us. Navigating the city was a breeze, thanks to the well-organized travel arrangements that made getting to the event a piece of cake. I’ve heard a lot of warning about traffic problems in Manila but we have it all pre-organized with wofdi and everything went smooth. Our drivers spoke understandable English and guides were nice and accommodating.
The semi-final and final games were something else entirely. The energy in the stadium was infectious, with fans from all over the world coming together to celebrate their shared love for basketball. The games themselves were intense, with each team giving it their all, leaving us all on the edge of our seats. The atmosphere was so electric that you couldn't help but get swept up in the excitement. We got premium tickets and the seats were perfect.
But it wasn't just about the games. I made sure to take some time to explore the Philippines itself. Breathtaking natural beauty of the islands, every moment felt like a new adventure. The culture, the food, the people - everything about the Philippines left an indelible mark on my heart. Thanks team Wofdi for this incredible experience!

Trip Review: Exploring the Three Pearls of the Caucasus
My summer journey through the Caucasus region was an unforgettable adventure filled with awe-inspiring landscapes, rich cultural experiences, and warm hospitality. We’ve traveled extensively pre-covid and are not getting back to our travel habits and I can definitely say the entire Caucasus area worth visiting.
Our first stop was in Tbilisi, the ancient capital of Georgia, with millennia of complicated history and vibrant modern atmosphere. Khedi restaurant was the finest in many months, did not expect that at all. Tbilisi is 100% foodie destination and our guide made sure we did not miss this part of the experience. We tried everything thanks to our guide, David, who spoke very well English, knew all the great places and was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
However the highlight of our Georgian leg was undoubtedly the wine tasting tour in the Kakheti region, where we indulged in the country's renowned traditional winemaking practices and savored some of the finest local vintage. We drove one of Wine Routes the country is developing taking French Bordeaux as a sample. Stayed at some interesting local boutique hotels and in modern SPA hotels, very varied and pleasant experience. Moving on to Armenia, we were captivated by the majestic sight of Mount Ararat, looming in the distance as we explored the ancient monasteries and churches nestled amid amazing landscapes. I would never forget remember Geghard Monastery as a place of history where time stands still.
The final leg of our journey took us to the fascinating country of Azerbaijan, probably, the most developed country of the region. The labyrinthine streets of the Old Town combined with spices and rich flavors of fiery Azeri cuisine transports you to the pages of Middle East fairytales and the times of the Great Silk Road. Huge thanks to Dashgyn, our guide in this country who showed us so much more that was planned and never felt tired of our questions.
Throughout the trip, the WOFDI team ensured impeccable organization, thoughtful arrangements, and knowledgeable local guides who enriched our experience with their deep insights and anecdotes. The seamless transitions between countries and the comfortable accommodations allowed us to focus solely on soaking in the beauty and history of this extraordinary region. First time with the World of Discoveries tour but my fifth time overall with tour guided trips. They did an amazing job finding the best hotel places especially the Museum Hotel that was connected to the QT. Loved that we could do laundry since we were traveling for 2 weeks. The selection of itinerary was spot on and had so many wide arrangement for all to participate. The Hobbiton was surprisingly my favorite and definitely need to go. Our tour guide Micheal was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through your our trip. Communication was very good having the WhatsApp helped with knowing when and where we needed to meet at all times. Plus the other travels on the tour guide was a bonus since we all loved soccer and got along extremely well. OVERALL the trip was a big success and I would 💯 book another trip with them.

Mike Hamilton was the best guide who made me feel like family! Every activity and event was exceptional, except the US could’ve played better futbol!

Qatar World Cup experience was awesome, I travelled to Russia with Varya and the team with my dad, this time around took my cousin and both times the team went above and beyond expectations.
