UPDATE (Jan 2, 2026) RESOLVED: Refund Issued by Owner
UPDATE (Jan 2, 2026): The owner (Casper) contacted me personally to resolve this. He explained the delay was due to the holiday closure and provided valid proof (a backend screenshot) that the refund of €126.90 has now been processed via Shopify.
I appreciate the personal follow-up to ensure the matter was settled. As promised, I have updated my rating to reflect that the return was honored.

I returned my order in perfect, new condition using your provided label. UPS confirms it was delivered to your warehouse in Brøndby on December 19th and signed for by "YIIMAR".
Your policy states refunds are processed within 5 days. It has now been over a week. I have sent multiple emails and messaged you on Instagram, but I have been completely ignored.
I understand delays happen, but ghosting a customer who has proof of delivery is unacceptable. I am forced to write this review simply to get your attention.
Please process my refund immediately so I can update this review.
