I order smart wach for my son and…

I order smart wach for my son and becouse of wrong location showing I contact them for return and refund. But I cant get my money back! I was contact them I recive the answers but nothink about refund. Will never use this site agen and people be awear buying somethink from there!!!!

The smartwatch is okay

The smartwatch is okay, but not what I was hoping for. The screen is a bit small, and sometimes the tough sensitivity isn't as responsive as it should be. It's worked fine so far, but I'm unsure how long it will hold up.

Good watch overall

Good watch overall, but the GPS is a bit slow to update sometimes. It works fine for calls and basic functions, but I wish the location tracking was more accurate.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Purchased 2 bags, delivery took an age and was days later than the paid for next day delivery. So late in fact that I had to buy an alternative bag to use.

Requested a return which was simple enough but it’s been 3 weeks and no refund. Last email was 2 weeks ago stating they had received the bags & would be inspected and refund issued in a few days.

Now no reply from Wolph.

It’s cheap drop shipping from China & their complete lack of customer services concerns me so I now have to start refund proceedings via my bank.

I suspect all the positive reviews are AI as the title of all of them is the first sentence of the actually review and they sound as genuine as their service…the 1 stars reviews tell you all you need to know.

AVOID AT COSTS!

Excellent value for the money

Excellent value for the money. It has a sleek appearance and tracks heart rate and steps rather accurately. The companion app's main functionalities perfectly, however it could use a graphic upgrade.

No help customer service

I ordered a baby carrier that arrived past its purpose date - later than projected date. I have contacted the company several times concerning a return, but apart from 1 reply stating they were 'busy', i have not heard from customer service since. That was a month ago.

Wolph

Wolph, never sent the product, never let me know the product was not able to be sent. I requested my funds back and have received nothing but the run around. I was told that I would be sent confirmation of my refund that was not done either. As of right now
Wolph has officially stolen my money.

Update...I finally received a refund confirmation.

Absolutely thrilled with this tracker

Absolutely thrilled with this tracker. It’s lightweight, super accurate, and the battery life is better than I expected. The heart rate and sleep tracking features have helped me adjust my routine in a really meaningful way.

Prices increased before Black Friday ‘discouts’

A couple of weeks ago I spotted a backpack for my husband on wolph.co.uk - a new product for £65. I said to myself, let's wait for Black Friday, if there is a small discount it will be fine, otherwise I will buy it anyway. This morning I went to the website and the product is now £78.65. Even other products I had looked at now cost more, and some of them go back to the original price with the phantom ‘Black Friday discounts’. NOT GOOD!

Return to sender - refund outstanding.

I bought a product and it was courier by a unknown organisation woth an attenpt to a business on Saturday, returned to sender that Monday. 1 month on there is still no refund. Quick to take your money but will not return it. The product was never received or witnessed. As far as I know this could be a scam company.

I bought one of the waterproof backpack in April, this arrived on time and looked as great as expected, but the zipper broke just after 2 weeks of use, needless to say I was not pleased. I was offered an upgrade with discount or a replacement, went for the upgrade and so far, I've been using this every day the past 2 months. It has so far been one of the best bags I've ever used .It looks perfect, very secure and holds quite well against rainfall.
