I recently gave these a one star review. And since then the customer service has been brilliant. I have now received my refund and appreciate they have had a hard time with returns due to the pandemic.
Apart from the watch being faulty and the wait for the refund I can’t say anything else bad about the company they offered a replacement too which I declined.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Purchased a bag from Wolph for christmas. Bag was of an acceptable standard however not what I expected so I decided to return it (at my own cost). Unfortunately that was over two months ago and they now ignore my emails and haven't given me a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Purchased a kids GPS watch 17th…
Purchased a kids GPS watch 17th november, didn't arrive until 7th December. Watch is not great quality won't connect to any phone, the GPS is in Chinese along with stickers on the box. Can get better quality watches for the same price or cheaper. Have emailed twice an also Facebook and still no response to arrange a return

My fabulous bike pedals…
I bought a set of home exercise pedals and couldn't have been happier. They took quite a while to get to me, but, as this was in the middle of lockdown I completely understand. I contacted the company, who reassured me that they were on their way and would be with me in 2 days. My order arrived the next day and are perfect. They are a fabulous idea and are excellent for anybody suffering, as i do, with a slipped disk, or anyone with arthritis. There are so many good reasons for using them and the companies aftercare is fantastic. I contacted them about a problem (which turned out not to be a problem) and they were so helpful and understanding. I have recommended this product to people, 2 of whom have bought one and are overjoyed with it. I will also recommend the company itself, to buy exercise products from, as their attitude is wonderful.
