Terrible service I’ve emailed multiple
Times and no reply I baught a expensive Camara and I’ve not received it I ordered it on the 5th of December for a Christmas present

Order placed 10 Dec still hasn’t arrived. Customer services at woodcaft and their courrier lushfly responded immediately to my first email on 20 Dec with promises of definite delivery date which if not met would result in refund and 10% compensation. Since then neither company from any of their email addresses including a complaints dept have acknowledged or replied. The track and trace says delivery attempted 7 Jan, I was home and doorbell camera said no visitors. There are no phone numbers. I don’t know what else to do?

I’ve already put one review on here about woodcaft can people who has had the same experience as me post what there outcome was and what they done to recover there money and report woodcaft there nothing but a scam shouldn’t be let away with this

Like the previous reviews i purchased a item from this site with the same outcome no item no contact number and no response to emails.How do they get away with misleading people.

Woodcaft is no longer on the internet!

I ordered a bench Drill on 19th December from woodcaft NOT WOOD CRAFT, had an email from Lushfly with tracking, and soon realised the information didn't make sense. LeHauve, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Middlesbrough and has now shown a number of times out for delivery and failed. there must be a way to stop this from happening,

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a TV at the beginning of December, was sent tracking information through Lushfly. The TV appeared to come from France and pass through various customs, centres and finally to a distribution centre, who claimed to have tried to deliver it twice and then awaited client instructions. However neither Woodcaft not Lushfly were contactable and did not reply to emails.

Yep I’ve been caught as well, attempted to purchase a Bosch pillar drill, I’ve experienced the same as others, had confirmation of order from Woodcaft (Note not Woodcraft which is a good company) then I was sent my tracking number from LushFly who were going to be the delivery company, they are also a fictitious company, the same false claims ref delivery saying I was not in but I know I was at home as I’m retired, I sent lots of messages to both Woodcaft and LushFly and had zero response, well I’ve learnt an expensive mistake (£213) don’t touch these people, learn from our mistakes, this is the first time this type of thing has ever happened to me, once bitten twice shy, I feel incredibly angry with myself and never thought this would happen to me, would love these scammers to get caught, they are the scum of this earth.

This is a false company and will just take your money and not deliver

Reported this outfit to my Bank and Trading Standards. Thieves is putting it politely watch out for these charlatans setting back up under a new name.

This website took my money and vanished faster than a speedboat off the Horn of Africa. No ransom demands, no “your camera is delayed,” just radio silence. I didn’t just lose a camera—I lost faith in humanity, and I’m pretty sure I’m being digitally held hostage by my own naivety.

If you’re thinking of buying from these scallywags, save yourself the trouble and toss your money directly into the ocean. At least the waves won’t ghost you.

I have just been ripped off also bought a camera saying being delivered not here waited 5 weeks , apparently with courier lush fly
But all updates are before time they are upload
Always says attempted delivery but is not the case as have cameras and

I would have given no stars if an option. Ordered a camera before Christmas and no sign of it. Say they attempted delivery but no sign of it. Very unhappy.

This is a complete scam website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE - you will never receive it but they'll have your money.

I received confirmation emails of my order and an email with a shipment tracking link to another sham company Lushfly. Lots of updates, but no goods.

Just like everyone before me , this is totally a scam ……. Nothing received all the usual it’s in France , Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle then Middlesbrough absolute crock of sh-t …. Stay well clear of Woodcraft or what ever the bloody hell you call yourselves….

I've just been done!
Ordered a Bosch washing machine on 12/12/24 and kept getting regular updates from their freight company Lushfly (sic) as follows: Estonia, Glasgow, Newcastle, Middlesborough, attempted delivery 07/01/25....
£599 paid on credit card so hope to get it back.
Clever people, else I'm a very silly sausage :0(

SCAM BE AWARE

As detailed by a number of other people this is a scam

I ordered a product 9th December hoping to be here relatively quickly and after tracking the parcel with a company called Lushfly it has send the parcel through Le Hauve in France and then on the Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and has now shown a number of times out for delivery and failed. Ironically they updated today that they failed to delivery at a time later than the current time!!!

I don’t even want to give this 1 star. This website is an absolute scam. It’s not real. I have noted there are other reviewers with experiences exactly the same as mine where you make a payment and get a tracking link with ‘Lushfly’ which details the journey from Le Havre, through Glasgow Edinburgh and Middlesborough, that it’s then been passed to a courier and is out for delivery, and that the delivery failed twice and has been returned to temporary storage ‘pending recipient instructions’ absolute nonsense. I’ve had no response to emails to both Woodcaft and Lushfly (obviously as they are just enjoying my money!!) This is 100% a scam. I have reported this to NCSC and hope the scumbags behind this scam get what they deserve!!

Money taken before I completed/confirmed (7.12.2024). Website full of others' photos. No phone numbers. Company detailed has not traded since 2022 (Craft Collection Ltd 13516575 - 43 Abergele Road, Rumney, Cardiff, Wales, CF3 1RS - reg office changed 3 times!). Clever set up.
Lushfly Delivery Service is false, but tracking works (guess nothing being sent). Office shown as a restaurant in Le Havre !! Only email addresses.
