Scam/fake website, do not purchase anything.
Scam website. They give you a tracking number for a parcel you will never receive. You will receive daily updates of your parcel from all around Europe but your item is never actually on the way, it doesn't exist.
Stay clear of this website and do not buy anything. I am £850 down.

I’ve not received my order for a camera…
I’ve not received my order for a camera and I don’t think I’m getting it !!!!!! Im absolutely disgusted and disturbed over this as I saved for my daughter who needs it so bad for work and now I don’t have the money for an other one for a while !

Beware and avoid
I ordered a camera from them on December 2nd 2024.
Payment was quickly taken and tracking number supplied.
Kept chasing late delivery by email, initially assured by them and "Lushfly delivery service" that parcel would be delivered before Christmas...
Tracking info reads like a novel...
Out for delivery yesterday 4 people in plus cctv, no one appears, yet"Recipient unavailable" BS!
The same BS today, showing "recipient unavailable"
No attempt by them or delivery agent to contact me or reply to emails.
Delivery time on tracking always time in advance (90 minutes, then increased to 2hrs today).
The tracking now ends "awaiting instructions from recipient" with no way to contact this ghost company without a spirit guide, I guess it ends there. Still no contact from Woodcaft or Lushfly.
I notified the bank of their operation and possible scam/loos/theft in order to recover the £834.00 that I am out of pocket. Which was handled by Lloyd's very efficient Fraud and dispute department. They were satisfied with the proof
I wish there was the facility to include the tracking for everyone's enlightenment, and entertainment.. Reads like DaVinci code.
As it is I would not recommend buying a fridge magnet from them, and avoid this delivery company at all costs.

Is this a legit website/store
Went to make a purchase but no contact numbers at all, when you go to pay it takes you to an external link called Tetrahub. Saw a previous review saying no confirmation of order and questioning the same thing. Can’t find any details of a company called Woodcaft (not to be confused with Woodcraft with a R ) on companies house.
