I was looking for a floor for a spare room but didn't want to spend too much. Spoke to Corrie who helped me pick one that worked. Went with Moritz laminate, just wanted something simple and neutral and I love it

Poor quality.
Within a week and a half of being laid, the laminate has started chipping; which means the floor will be lucky to last a year. Tried contacting them about this but no answer. Not only that but a good quantity of floor boards arrived damaged at the part where it joins others and couldn’t be used, not to mention a few warped boards also. Although cheaper than elsewhere and delivered on time, I should have spent that bit extra and gone with a company who are proven quality. If something seems too good to be true it usually is! Would not recommend.

Great customer service from the guys in Belfast. We had some boxes of flooring to return and it wasn’t a problem.
Black oak herringbone floor is absolutely gorgeous.

Great team and great service. Love the floor I ordered. Delivered quickly. I live in a place with limited access. Corey and the team couldn’t do enough to help us work out a plan to get it in. When fitting, we had a couple of packs which had been damaged and they replaced straight away. Highly recommend.

Have been to woodfloor warehouse a few times, I have spoken to Trevor, John and Conor. These guys are amazing, there is such a large choice to choose from and they were great at advising what would be good for each room within my budget. Would highly recommend them.

Great service from Woodfloor Warehouse. We dealt with Graham who explained the different options really well, and really listened to our needs and house style. We were very happy with the final reccomendation and the floor looks really great now fitted!

Highly recommend this company! Dealt with Graham who was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our needs and steer us in the right direction. Will definitely be using him going forward with our other projects!

Cannot recommend the guys at Warrington branch enough. We ordered over 9k worth of the rectory engineered wood, it looks absolutely stunning in our home. The fitter Connor who I sourced locally was also fantastic and he was also recommended by the guys in store. Amazing job, amazing service and very quick delivery too !! I have also used this company before on my previous house and can honestly say they were brilliant then too and that was a few years ago, that’s why I went back to them !

Avoid - awful service. £50 delivery charge and never turned up. Arrived on different date (when no one in) and just dumped the flooring in the road (and forged signature). Emails go unanswered, calls aren't returned - the worst a company can be. Heed the reviews people.

I ordered a box of wood flooring from Wood Floor Warehouse based on a sample they provided. Unfortunately, the box I received was completely different from the sample.

When I contacted their Sales Team and spoke to Corey, I was met with accusations instead of assistance. First, Corey claimed I must have mixed up the samples and ordered from the wrong company. After I provided evidence showing the sample sticker clearly identifying Wood Floor Warehouse as the source, I was told I could have swapped the stickers myself !!!

Corey then claimed they don’t send out samples in the size I received. Once again, I provided proof showing the sample size options displayed on their own sales screen — yet I was still told there was “nothing more they could do.”

To make matters worse, I had already paid a joiner for a full day's work to lay the flooring, leaving me considerably out of pocket.

Not only was the product incorrect, but Corey’s dismissive and accusatory attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Being treated like a liar when I had provided clear evidence was unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Their shocking customer service, refusal to take responsibility, and lack of professionalism have left me extremely disappointed.

My wife ordered over 1000 pounds of flooring and was 7 boxes short. Was told they have the rest at another site, absolute rubbish they didn't. We where not in a hurry for it, but 12 weeks later went to pick it up for fitter coming the next week and you gest it we where sill 7 boxes short. Was told will be sorted by the following week, again the same thing 7 boxes short. Cancelled order and got similar floor from another local company and can get it in 4 days. Never again

I ordered some wood flooring about a week ago and selected a date of Friday 6th September for delivery. I got a message from the delivery company they used on Wednesday saying my items will be delivered on Thursday between 8am-6pm. No delivery was received! I contacted Customer Service about a tracking code and was told I can’t track it but I’ll get a call an hour before delivery and that my delivery will come on the scheduled day of 6th (my intended day). I had taken the day off and still no delivery has been received! I have been contacting customer services and it’s just stories. The house has been gutted and the wood floor was to be installed this weekend as people are moving in next week and I have no clue where my flooring is!
