I was Struggling with get into my…

I was Struggling with get into my account.
I tried online and I called the toll free number, but I was directed to go inside a bank location.
I was greeted at the Bammel location by a Young Lady, named Ms Tongie G., she helped me get everything back up and going. She had a Very Great Personality, She definitely looked and carried herself well in her Position as the Banker. I am so happy she helped me. She made getting off of a long day of work, and trying to handle some business so easy for me!!!!!

I called and spoke to a rep at your East Strousburg PA Location

I called and spoke to a rep at your East Stroudsburg PA location to inquire about having the $32 overdraft refunded to my account. I had to overdraw my account the day before my direct deposit to get my truck repaired and I was giving the run around by the manager there. She instructed me to take an online financial course and call back with the number to get the refund which is absolutely ridiculous. My account has not been overdrawn in months and what bank runs you around like that. Absolutely ridiculous. And I called the branch where I opened my account and was told no one could help me there and for me to call another branch. Very unprofessional!!! I'm extremely disappointed with your bank!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This is the best that I have banked…

This is the best that I have banked with. I'm so grateful to have them in our
Wal-Mart Hammond. I'm always recommend my associates to join. My favorite is Gee & Ms. Joy. They are the sweetest!!!!

Just a horrible banking system

Just a horrible banking system. I had to miss work and my paycheck was close to 400 for the week when I usually make 1000. I let the teller talk me into opening an account to cash my check and then my car got stuck. Santander would have let me overdraft and since I get paid in a few days I would have covered the fee. But not this bank. I signed a paper to allow overdraft but they declined and left me stranded. And the only reason I had to overdraft was because I was charged for going under $100. But usually my account is never that low I had 3 emergencies in 2 weeks that costed me. Closing my account and sticking with Santander they've never done me dirty like this bank STAY AWAY!!!!!

The employees make banking…Friendliest and most courtious

The employees make my banking experience pleasurable. They treat you like you are important to them,almost lie family, but very professional in trying to meet my needs. I have been bankingwith them for about 20 years and wdnt even consider changing banks. Those other banks can keep their promotional gimmicks. Lol.

My worst experience ever

My worst experience ever! The minute I left the States and went abroad, I couldn’t enter my banking app anymore, so it’s already been months that I don’t know how much money I still have on my account. Not just that, but also because I’m abroad, I cannot do any transactions with that card becase it’s automatically blocked, eventhough right before my departure, I went phisically to the bank and told them I’m going to Europe. I tried to contact the customer service for many times now but either they don’t respond to my emails at all or they tell me to call them via the phone, despite I explained ti them I’m currently in Europe and that’s not possible. I’m very frustrated because I don’t have any access to my money and I feel like it’s not mine anymore.

I visited a location in Montgomery back in November and was so pleased by the superb customer service shown to me by Kayla, a manager (Eastern blvd location). I do not bank here but stopped in while shopping. Thank you for the great experience!

I have already spoken,in a one way conversation, with the Coustomer Care department several times,by e-mail , and just today. They keep referring for me to call them.But they have my number, why don't they call me ? I don't habli ,l only speak English, by the way.

Suspended my account without notifying…

Suspended my account without notifying me, didn't care that I had checks wrote out because I thought I had an active account. It was over an address change. The guy had my license, said it wouldn't scan and to bring them back within 30 days although he had a copy. Took them back twice. Once the computers were down, the other he was busy. Day 20 is when they suspended my account. Also put me as a walmart employee, where I have never worked, to get a free account yet I paid fees and wasn't asked where I work. Isn't that falsified information? Oh and this is the manager at jasper in walmart and still waiting on corporate to call me
UPDATE!!
I have emailed twice and still no response from them. So apparently it's OK to keep charging me fees on an account they closed

Would give 0 stars if option. Been banking with Woodforest since 2018 and today being my Birthday I went to withdraw some money. Well I was there over an hour because they couldn’t get anybody to approve it. No Manager on duty!!!!!!! Closing my accounts with this bank and I highly recommend you bank elsewhere. Feel sorry for the branch employees because the way this bank is managed is beyond ridiculous . Was having a good birthday with family and they ruined my day! DONT BANK HERE.

Unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account

Title: Unauthorized ATM Withdrawals from My Account – Woodforestbank
Matter:

I am experiencing an unresolved issue with unauthorized ATM withdrawals from my account with Woodforest Bank in Bradley, Illinois. Despite reporting the issue and filing a police complaint, my case remains unresolved.

Between February 20, 2020, and August 2020, my account experienced several unauthorized withdrawals made from a Woodforest ATM. After investigating the matter, the police confirmed that the individual responsible had access to my ATM card and PIN. However, the police closed the case due to a lack of evidence and the absence of any CCTV footage from the ATM.

I have attached the police report and have contacted Woodforest Bank on several occasions to address this issue, but have not received a satisfactory resolution. The police case was closed, but I still believe there may be security lapses in the bank’s system that allowed these transactions to occur.

Bank Name: Woodforest National Bank

Location: Bradley, Illinois

Ticket ID: 39101903

I am requesting Woodforest Bank to review its records and security measures during the period of the withdrawals and to take the necessary steps to address this matter. I believe the bank has a responsibility to investigate and rectify any lapses in their ATM security protocols.

I am posting this to raise awareness and seek assistance in resolving this matter. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on how to further escalate this issue, please reach out to me.

I've been with woodforest for a long time .

I've been with woodforest for a long time , there customer service is horrible, I went in branch in conroe on 11-09-2024 to get a cashier check they pulled it out from my account 160.00 I called them to ask if I can stop cashier check cause the other party receiving it didn't get it, there going to tell me I have to wait 90 days for a refund, woodforest has no marbles, this check is 150 floating some where out there in someone hands. Woodforest is horrible to bank with they don't care about there customer, they said they couldn't find a check on my account, I told them I lost the bottom part of it , I looked on account and it says check . Disappointing with this bank .

Exceptional Service, as always!!

I routinely visit the Henderson NC Woodforest and my husband, myself, and family have been customers for greater than 10 years. The staff members at Woodforest are always professional, courteous, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Presently, we do not have a Woodforest branch in our area, however, I gladly drive to Henderson always knowing the exceptional level of service I will receive on arrival. It wonderful for staff to greet you warmly and thank you for visiting Woodforest. With appreciation Mozell !!!

Been with Woodforest over 12 years

Been with Woodforest over 12 years, I deposited a check and they said it's gonna have a hold for a whole week 7 days, now come on 7 days
With everything digital these days,
They said yes 7 days, I even called the main office and they said the same, so I eventually got overdrawn in this week then got overdraft fees,
It like really.
So I decided to take mi business elsewhere after that.
Thank Woodforest for treating a former loyal customer so loyal.
