Great chairs, would have been a 5 out of 5 but original delivery date pushed back. Very happy with the chairs though.

Sutton dining table

Hi just wanted to write about my recent experience with woods furniture, This was with regards to a return which in all fairness with a fault that had appeared after about 10 months from purchase. The original sales was excellent, Above what I've ever experienced, And with regards to the return the support and service was again excellent. I checked out the reviews previously about woods furniture and it was very positive, The aftercare and support has been excellent aswell. The returns process was excellent so its just not about the service selling but if an issue occurs you can be sured that they will give you the same customer service, Paul the advisor has kept us updated and its been a pleasure to deal with. No doubt I will be an ongoing customer and would definitely recommend to anyone. This is a great company with a great service, Guy Hillman , Rct , South Wales. Good service from start to finish
Good service from start to finish, kept up to date with delivery day. When delivered the old mattress was taken away and the new one installed. They wore overshoes to protect the new carpet.

Well managed expectations / careful delivery
Two Gorgeous new Ekornes Stressless chairs, delivered with care by Dylan, who stripped off all the packaging and placed them for us, all whilst trying not to stare as I had recently been stung in the face and looked like a Kardashian. Smooth process all round, time frames managed well, happy to recommend / use this company again.

Dining corner bench
My dining corner bench was in the sale and such a reasonable price. I placed my order but clicked collection instead of delivery, I w contacted Woods in the evening and had an email back first thing in the morning from Anya. She allowed me to pay the extra fee for delivery and my corner bench was delivered the following week. The whole service was fabulous and the bench is absolutely beautiful.

Recently bought the most gorgeous sofa from Woods. Couldn’t be happier with it. Beverley went the extra mile ensuring we were able to collect the sofa the next day from their warehouse so we had it for our first night in our new home. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning in future!

Woods are a great quality store
Woods were so helpful in sourcing a replacement part for my sofa from Italy. They arranged for it to be fitted & when the company fitting it couldn’t take the very large old part away, Woods came round the next day and took it away themselves. A big shout out to Paul for all his help. Woods is a quality store with beautiful furniture & great, helpful staff. I highly recommend them!

Sennen is an absolutely amazing asset…
Sennen is an absolutely amazing asset to the company. Very articulate in the way he speaks about an item I was interested in. Nothing pushy, nothing overly dramatic in the slightest. Totally natural and very professional. It was because of this guy I bought the coffee table. Delivery was great and professional too. Very happy to recommend Woods’s and will return.

Sofa Delivery
Ordered a sofa , delivery process very efficient and we were kept informed- given a 2 hour window then a 20 minute ‘warning’. Delivery team - George and Mark very polite. Moved an existing sofa to another room, took away all the packaging and the whole process v quick.
