Great pizzas!

First time orderer, and the product was incredible. Best dough around!! We had a slight hiccup with the order (11 arrived instead of 12), but the team sent a whole new order out, next day delivery. Top tier customer service, will definitely order again!!

We used this company for the first time today as we were a bit too busy to prepare our own dough, we all decided it was better than ours! The dough arrived promptly and was well pack with clear instructions on how to store and use the dough. We had to get in contact with the company to ask a question and the online chat tool was really useful as was their prompt response to our email. We would definitely use this company again.

The doughs are great,easy to defrost and tastes great,my only gripe would be trying to get them out the plastic they are stored in comes away in small pieces and to pick a few bits out the dough otherwise would be 5⭐️

Seriously impressed at the effort these guys go to to ensure you get the best out of your oven - they really do care!

Excellent product

We are a Italian family living in UK so we know the Italian way where it’s one entire pizza per person no sharing because it’s so light.
The dough was very easy to handle and stretching.
was our first time true Neapolitan pizza home night and it was really great we did 8 amazing pizzas many flavours, the pizzas was excellent no less than any renowned pizzerias.

Arrived promptly, haven’t tasted em yet , had these for tea a few nights ago, best dough I’ve worked with by a country mile, dough is so easy to work with and so light they virtually float into the oven, crispy base light crust absolutely bang on, , if ye haven’t bought these then get on them now, highly recommend

The costumer service, particularly James, took particular interest in our experience with the gluten free dough we ordered. We may need to buy a wooden oven to master this special kind of pizza. They arrived perfectly individually packed and frozen.

So quick! Ordered on Thursday and delivered on Friday by DPD. Worked like a dream, which is rare!

Rapid delivery and the stand is really great product.
Good finish, is a decent size compared to many that are just too small really.
The door hook/fitting is very handy too

Lost 1 star as removable shelf and one of panels arrived slightly bent

This pizza oven is great. Easy to use considering it was our 1st time using a pizza oven. Only gave 4 stars as the gas attachment is currently out of stock, but will get one when they are back in stock

Communication, price and accuracy of promised delivery tim

Absolutely horrendous level of customer service. Don’t get me wrong the oven is fab however the gas attachment has broken after 3 uses. I have emailed 6 times with no resolution. Firstly I got a response asking for my address and that they would send out a new one. Great customer service on first thoughts. However 2 weeks went by and no replacement. I emailed 3 times, to which the reply was now send it back and we will fix it. Not ideal when promised something else. Now radio silence. Not sure what to do.

Ps I don’t typically review things bad but this is appalling service.
