Wool Warehouse are so helpful. I had to return some wool that I had chosen from them but it was not suitable for my project. I phoned them and they explained the easy return system. They advised on a better choice for my holday project and it arrived 2 days later! I am so grateful. I can now knit happily on my holiday. Amazing advice and service. Thank you all

I have ordered 12 times from them now and have always had fantastic delivery and yarn in great condition! I’ve only needed customer service once but when I did they were absolutely fantastic - quick responses and very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I am posting this in response to your reply to my complaint.
Let's clear up a couple of inaccuracies in your response.
Firstly your belief regarding what happens to someones account upon their passing is TOTALLY WRONG. I explained this on my original phone call and the manager refused to believe me. Once an account is frozen prior to being closed no transactions in or out are possible. I had that confirmed to me by two different banks.
Secondly you say I refused the offer of a free post return. I want to return the unopened package but am not willing to do so under the conditions of YOU GET THE PACKAGE BACK AND KEEP THE MONEY!
Can you please under these extremely unusual circumstances tell me you are willing to arrange a refund to a different account and I will return the package prior to the refund being issued.

I got in touch with them by email a week ago, but I'm still waiting for a reply.

Placed my first order earlier this week for some yarn I couldn't get anywhere else, I'm always wary when using somewhere new for the first time but the entire transaction was great. My yarn arrived two days later in a sturdy parcel and with its own mesh net inside. All yarns present and accounted for. Will definitely be placing more orders in future, thank you! :)

Returning customer. Ordered 10.30 am Friday, delivered by Evri 11.30 on Saturday. Lovely yarn, reasonably priced, well packaged and organza bag. No wonder its my go to shop for yarn

This is the first time I’ve ordered wool from wool warehouse and very pleased with order and fast delivery. Half the price of other online shops. Packaged with great care. I’ll certainly be using wool warehouse again and will certainly be recommending to many friends who knit.

Ordered 7 balls king cole pricewise one of the balls are tangled up and wool very thin in places got in touch with wool warehouse told take a photo of it but I cant do that why can't they send me another ball in place of it I have spent a lot there in the past

They offer such a great selection of Scandinavian wool, which means I can continue using patterns from home without any trouble. Having recently taken up crochet, I absolutely love Wool Warehouse. Their customer service in particular is fantastic (shout-out to Paula :) ). I have received a couple of yarns that weren't quite the colour I expected and have not had any issues whatsoever with exchanges. Paula even picked some yarns from the warehouse and sent me photos to help me select an alternative. Orders are always dispatched super quickly and well packaged. Good selection of materials as well, at a fair price. Really, no complaints whatsoever.

I love Wool Warehouse. I use Rowan quite a lot and they have a magnificent choice plus great pattern books. Everything arrives in a beautiful organza bag. They are so useful and pretty. Keep it up Wool Warehouse, you are the best.

Perfect, nothing wrong with yarn or service. Just what I ordered and they came in a nice bag.

I purchased 2 skeins of Malabrigo Lace. 2 entirely different colours were sent, only evident once Id got about 10 rows into the 2nd skein. I emailed customer services. This was part of their reply. This yarn is spun from the finest merino wool, bred for generations by ranchers in Northern Uruguay. The softness and squish of this yarn is simply unparalleled. A delicate lace-weight single, it blocks like a dream and creates a fabric that is the very definition of comfort.

All Malabrigo yarns are kettle dyed in small batches and often don't have a dye lot, which means the colours are likely to vary from skein to skein, even within the same batch. To ensure random colour distribution, try working from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball. Be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project as the next batch we receive could be very different!

Due to differences in dye distribution between batches, it is not possible for us to update our product images to match current mixes exactly, and the images shown may not match the yarn you receive.
So im supposed to have hundreds of breaks in my silky lace scarf so I can use both skeins. In my mind a lilac based variegation and a vivid orange variegation don't really go. My first time buying wool online and probably my last. The email showed they couldn't care less. Id only spent £17 with them and purchased enough for my project. Dealing with this in a courteous manor could have resulted in a happy and long time customer. As it was I just got a cut and paste generic reply.
