After several great years of ordering…

After several great years of ordering jerseys with this company, this year has been a complete 180. The customer service has been non-existent; my questions went unanswered for weeks. We ordered custom pants this year and paid for a sizer, yet four adult sizes arrived incorrect. While we managed to swap pants among teammates to make it work, the company is now demanding we pay for two additional pairs, claiming nothing is wrong. We’ve been going in circles for weeks, and we are now just four weeks out from our first tournament. Despite spending well over $3,000, I will not be returning or recommending them to others.

Be careful what you wish for. Going to your local apparel shop is a much better option then going online. Your customer service will be 1000% better experience.

The whole process from the very beginning has been easy and well explained. The price is good and once I receive my package, I'll be able to comment on the overall quality. However, judging by the sample I was sent, I know I'm going to be happy. Thank you, Jordan.

I would stay away from using this…

I would stay away from using this company. An order for basketball uniforms was placed 7 weeks ago and we still have yet to receive all the items. The items that were delivered had some incorrect names that were an error on this company side and instead of trying to get the corrected pieces to the customer immediately and overnight as they were completed they said it would be several more weeks so now it will be almost 9-10 weeks-thats more than 2 months since it was originally ordered. No return calls, no offer to refund some money. Mind you the package deal we purchased was $200/player and we wont receive it until our season is now 3/4 complete. I have left messages trying to have some return calls to me in regards to why wasnt their mistake sent immediately or refund question and have yet to hear from anyone. Poor customer service, poor printing and shipping. Never again.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!!! We are three months into this process between the terrible design communication, ordering process, production delays, shipping delays, sizing nightmares this is NOT the company to work with. The communication is awful, they present as a “US” company but production is over seas leading to delays that they will not inform you about. We placed an order for hats that almost 8 weeks later we do not have even an idea where they might be or when they will arrive…..save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

Lies and horrible communication

Placed an order over a month ago, received a portion of it and still waiting for the rest and it's been 6 weeks and zero commutation and they blame a sales rep change but have heard zero from them as well. I have called, emailed and texted for the last 2 weeks and they have not said a single word to me. No way to tell where my order is and they have provided zero help. Yassin helped me place my order and was very helpful and got me taken care of until I paid and it has been crickets ever since. Pulling teeth to get an answer over simple things. Horrible customer service and will be going somewhere else with my business. Hate being lied too and treated like a ghost.

DONT DO IT!!

DONT DO IT!!! Easily one of the worst decisions I have ever made as an Athletic Director. We are 2 weeks into the season still without uniforms on an order placed months ahead of time. They also offer the option to Setup a "Team Store" which would be great if they actually uploaded the mocks you submit to the designers. We have had a shell of a store with no items to purchase for months going into March, school ends in May. Emailed the the support staff and designers and have received zero response. We already had our mocks before we came to the company they literally just had to upload the designs. The one order we did receive was wrong. I have never seen an adult small shirt with youth medium sleeves. Where do you even find a shirt this irregular in size and measurements. We have been emailing with production and we get a different person every time who clearly sends a automatic response stating they are looking into it. It's so bad our account manager could not track anyone down to get an answer. You would think someone would at least offer to credit the account or a refund knowing they have dropped the ball and have failed tremendously. This is a warning, do not trust this company.

Well I received an email notifying me that I have a credit that was unused. I then logged into my account. After a couple of minutes I started the process of looking into uniforms for my club team. After starting the process, I was in contact with Mark. Mark, stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the process of him designing uniforms. Mark gave me about 18 different option. Mark even talked about the budget, even mentioned ways to probably help keep the cost down as that is one of my biggest concern.
